# Soon to try mones for the first time

Hey all,

So I’m 21 a bit quiet at times (I dont think due to shyness just my contemplative personality) looking to try mones for a boost. I bought IS and IO, I think I’m going to try to use IO with around girls I just want a boost having a conversation with. I also bought some IJ, I think I’m going to hold off on that one. I dunno if I have seen it here, but you spray mones on your neck right? Also, I should start with one spray a day correct? Input guys..

Neck/wrist/crook of elbow, sometimes even on your head with socials like IO.

Good luck man, I just had my first 2 days of phero testing and it went great, I really didn’t expect much but the difference was pretty noticeable. Hopefully I’ll have time to write it up.
