Hello and Okay here is ? Should you cycle on and off Question should you cycle [Pheromone](https://a314.com/)’s on and off, use then don’t, etc Example: Ammo; A314; Turn up the Heat; Do they lose their effectiveness over a period of time. 888 ---

This is probably better off in the Advice, Tips, and Tricks Section of the forums. You’re new here though, so that’s OK =] I didn’t get a chance to great you; so welcome to Pherotalk! It’s pretty important to remember that pheromones are typically used to affect others around you; not you yourself. Even if you would somehow grow chemically tolerant to the pheromones, it wouldn’t make any difference unless you only use them for the effects they have on you personally. Each of those three have different purposes though, so you SHOULD switch between them based on your situation. -Andrew ---

Friendlier, more positive, dominate male, trustworthy, Sexual, Communitive and a big jerk… 🙂 Please take your time. Hello There RJF. Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 I merged all your posts into one. Your only allowed one post in the intro section and then discussions can be kept to that one thread or you can start new ones in the men’s tips sections or other sections of the forum. This keeps things neat and tidy up here for record keeping 🙂 I see you already use the products and like them. This is great. Ishine is a excellent product and is one of my favorites. A314 and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) would be the next natural course to take. I cycle them to keep the emotion fresh. Its not that they become less effective its like anything else in life. When you have it all the time you take it for granted and tend to not notice as much. This we talked about a little and I totally agree with you. Its why I dont jump right on sending out the GC right away. Gives them time to look around and reprograms all the hype they learned elsewhere LOL Now I would love to send you a GC but I need more info so the Pherogods don’t call me and grumble at me on the phone LOL I know you already started with the products but humor me 😃 What is your personality like ? New and awaiting my 3rd order, excited!!! Getting my third order today some things that i did not know that I needed. I am 57 Male West, NY 185lb, 5’11" Easy going, like to do fun things, do not like to get intoxicated but love wine, Love conversations with females, looking for a LTR. Glad you liked A314 RJF, I am 23… and I love this little bottle, word of advice, let it run its course for about 12 hours. Even on young me, I can see it working.. and I actually run hot all the time… Since it is oil based, it lasts and lasts, and that just saves you $ in my opinion. Oh, and welcome to the community, and remember, Keep a journal… it will help I promise, look how much I use mine lol 😉 -DJ
