OK my spaceland just came in today and you all are making me nervous…cause i don’t wanna smell like a hippie at a widespread show or austin city limits. Shit I somewhat think that A314 smells like one of those damn incense sticks that they burn in headshops and I can’t stand it. I am currently trying to devise a method for application that takes the edge off the A314. I really hope I do like Spaceland as it sounds really fun. I just don’t think I can take a Hippie smell…Would rather a pine or tree type smell. I guess I will find out soon. -JP 🆒 ---

Let us know what you think, but seriously don’t fret. The smell DOES die down (at least on me) rather quick. And it is EASILY covered by a cover scent of your choice. You can even use it on your hair, and it won’t really smell! When I apply it on my hair I don’t really smell it as strong. However, I think it smells like pine to me. At first it did smell like bong water, but that soon changed to pine. ---

I just sprayed my self with it twice for the first time, yuck! haha if I was zoned out it was because I was too busy trying to find a cover smell.. Guess I will need to test some things around ---

i think that cool water covers/blends well with spaceland. i’m sure threr are other good covers ;on my skin 1 -2 sprays spaceland with 1-2 sprays coolwater has worked well. ---

Really, it isn’t that bad. Just wait for it to dry down a bit, usually not even 3 minutes. Then apply your cologne of choice! ---

Dad burn crystal strokin’, herb tokin’, bleedin’ heart, organic veggie eatin’ hippie! Look on the bright side: you can save the whales, date unshaven & unwashed women and fit in at dead reunion concerts! LS A314 smells a lot better than AD A314–100 times better. Sorta of a mellow spicy scent that blends better with normal colognes (no patchouli EO needed!). Next time buy unscented 50mcg Experimone alpha androstenol if you want the Spaceland thrill without the hippie funk. You’ll still need to cover with cologne. High doses of -nol smell like sweaty teenage girls… ---

Gegogi and I often have differring world views, especially about hippies. He lives in San Francisco and has to deal with the 21st Century version, living on the streets. I only drive up there to visit my son on Russian Hill and do a little shopping in the Haight. My image is still the 16 y/o hippie chicks during the Summer of Love, freshly liberated from suburbia. Yea, we had some REALLY stupid ideas but I think of those days as good preparation for mature Republicanism. Problem is some people NEVER grow up! Spaceland does smell like clary sage which is an essential oil. It is a distinctive note that is used in many colognes and has mental properties of its own. It does fade and I bet even Gegogi would be hard put to identify it or object to it 15 minutes after application. Pure alpha androstenol would not be exactly the same effect. ---

I really like the smell, however I find myself wishing it was 25% the strength. ---

I’d try this experiment myself, but I don’t want to waste any of my GIT, so I’d like to ask if anyone has covered Spaceland with GIT before, and if so, how did it work out? -D4 ---

Denec I took your advise and bought 62.5mcg Experimone alpha androstenol as a sub for SL. Zapped myself, covered with Burberry and, yeah, no more Haight Ashbury Dreadful Dead stank, but all the friggen motomouth one can stand. The only downside is the Experimone version costs a lot more. I still have half a bottle of SL. If I never develop a taste for unshaven women or wanna save whales I’m set. ---

I just went with instant Openness X4 this last time around because if my calculations are right it around 60mcg though I know it not pure Alpha…it has some beta mixed in but it close enough ---

Just Received My Order of Spaceland today. Sprayed just abit on my Wrist and I agree with most The scent is not my thing that being said if it can be covered up with Cologne or Axe body spray then it’s not that big of a deal. ---
