# Specialisterne: leveraging the unique skills of Autistics at competitive market terms

Another female artist with Autism is Australian Lisa Simone, who was diagnosed in late 2007. After the diagnosis, Simone founded _Art 4 Autism_, a business which aims to raise Autism awareness, while providing a vehicle to showcase talents:
