> The Hope Institute’s Celebrity Chef dinner is a cornerstone event here in Springfield that serves as a great opportunity for attendees to experience first-class dining, while supporting Hope’s many programs. This year we were honored to have an excellent cast of chefs who graciously donated their time and talents to provide a fabulous dinner for our guests. Bravo’s “Top Chef” Stephanie Izard was joined by Chef Chris Pandel from Chicago’s famed Balena restaurant and Pastry Chef Amanda Rafalski. The trio lived up to their reputation by serving a superb menu.

> The night was also a great success in terms of gifts to The Hope Institute. Through our “Fund the Need” program we were able to secure urgently needed iPads and eBeams for classroom use which are proven tools of success here at Hope. Additionally, the proceeds from our live auction and Golden Opportunity will go to improve and expand our programs and services for all those in need.
>
> …We would like to take a moment to thank everyone who attended or had a hand in making this night such a great success!
