# Spray pheromones where to apply

Hello.. Does makes difference if i spray on my clothes or must spray on my skin?

Thanks.. This thread has helpful advices for application points but i don’t know if [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) work when apply on clothes the same as on skin.

They don’t - Pheros need body heat to diffuse well, so applying on clothes means you need a much higher dose for a not quite the same effect and more limited usable environment.

Some situations can call for applying under **light** clothing - e.g. TUTH or IJ on very young guys/around younger women as this serves to reduce the impact somewhat but by the time they are out of their teens, its rarely viable.

Also, some fibres/conditioner residue etc will trap/bind pheros, again killing diffusion and sometimes leading to buildup/stink issues
