So what I’m wondering is if I can [spray pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) in my hair even if lets say,I gel or wax my hair. Also, just since I already created a thread anyways, can you guys recommend any mixes with the following products?: ammo1x, shine1x, honesty1x, openness2x. Thanks in advance 😮 ---

i use pheros in my hair with wax or gel. just make sure to style first (maybe let it dry/set too) and then spray so the spray doesn’t rub off on your hand. gotta run, sorry for the short post… plenty of people here can give you recs on mixes though ---

I have used [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/), instant shine, instant honesty and instant openness in my hair. Hair has a high surface area so I would think it would increase the rate of diffusion of the pheros. ---

I wouldn’t spray ammo or other none problems in your hair, from my reading it becomes very difficult to wash out. It’s recommended that you try each product at a time and to monitor its effect and determine a dosage that works for you. But like most people you want to try a “phero baptism” and try some together. For what setting or purpose do you need a mix ? oh, and how old are you ? welcome to the phero world ---

Androstenone would be the one you don´t want to spray on your hair, since it is really sticky. For this reason I avoid putting products like ammo and turn up the heat in my hair. Products like Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) on the other hand work well on hair. I tested mx115 for a bit and wanted to be careful and apply only a small dose, so I would spray it about 6 inches from my hair and let the mist fall on me. Then I covered the chocolatini scente with beaches hair gel. This seemed to work well and great for diffusion. ---

I’m 18 and I guess I want to more girls to open up to me. Also just have people be more social in general. I just went out for a couple hours and met some friends, and I tested 3 sprays of instant shine and they seemed to be a bit more chatty and made a lot of jokes. And I love the smell as well 😃 ---

This is correct, Do your hair first, let it dry then use your mones on it. If you use hair products over the mones it will slow diffusion. Men dont use hairspray but this is a biggest mistake. It holds your hair and the mones in place. No diffusion at all. Tisha ---

The thing abut beaches is that it isn´t a very strong hair gel so I feel like it slows diffusion a bit, but not terribly. ---

I find it works great in my hair but at the same time alcohol was killing my hair and I love my hair, so no more spray in my hair
