I am still confused as to how I should apply the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/)? I usually keep the bottle at a 6 inch distance and spray once, then i wait for it to dry and spray it again. Is this the right thing to do ? Am i meant to apply it in a different manner ? should i be applying something on it or before it !? Some help or advice here would really be appreciated Thank You ---

There are lots of methods used to apply your mones but the basic starter method is just as you described. No you dont need to apply anything before or after. Some men like to wear there own colognes though so they wait for dry down and they cover with it but its not necessary. You dont have to wait for dry down between sprays unless your covering with cologne. Tisha ---

No that’s fine, don’t overthink it. You don’t have to wait for it to dry before spraying again either. I even find two different products with different scents are okay sprayed onto the same spot depending on what they are and so long as you don’t overdo it. You should focus more on the amount of sprays you’re using to find your sweet spot and what works for you. Good luck with it! 🙂 ---
