It’s almost here! Now, please tell me that everybody here celebrates in one way or another. Whether it be parties, music fests, or just getting shitfaced in your favorite pub, what will everybody be doing for St Patty’s? ---

We start the day by watching Boondock Saints, We blast Dropkick Murphy’s and do shots of Jamisons with Guinness chasers…or sometimes we drop the shots in the beer for an Irish Car Bomb…but none of that gimicky green beer shit…lame. ---

That’s what I call Saturday 🆒 Just playin’ 😃 I wish I could have afforded to go to Shamrockfest this year, the Murphys were headlining ☹ Anywho, sounds like a good time, hope you don’t have to work the next morning though, can’t imagine working with a hangover ---

So, it’s just about here! I’m not doing a whole lot for St Patty’s itself, but I’m going to a concert Friday and maybe hitting up an Irish Contra on Saturday 😛 ---

Being a Scot, I’ll start celebrating St Patrick’s Day when the Irish start partying on St Andrew’s Day! 😛 😉 😃 Saying that, I have an attractive woman lined-up for tonight but I think we will give the main local Irish Bars a miss - mainly because I can’t stand one and the chances of running into a very drunk Sport Girl in the other are very very high! 😮 ---

I’ve got Scots AND Irish ancestry, and I celebrate both. And Burns Night besides. So a Happy St. Patrick’s Day to ya! And yes, haggis is involved, and well-made haggis is delightful! I need to get myself outta my chair, sluice the gym-funk off me, and get ready for the evening… ---

Well I am starting to feel much better. It really is remarkable how illnesses run with me. I’ll get sick and the God of All things Party, Fertility, Childbirth, Music and Agriculture will miraculously heal me just in the nick of time to be able to go out and celebrate. He’s quite the trickster and while this time I think I just might stay the heck home and heal. It will be the first St. Patty’s day I’ve stayed home in, well longer than I can remember. Maybe I’ll go out one night this weekend especially it being in the high 70’s to low 80’s but then again rest is a good thing. Besides next weekend is the MidSouthCon and I’m looking forward to that again. I’m actually thinking of writing a book. Now I just need to be inspired as to what to write 🙂 St Patty’s Day will just have to go on without me this year ☹ ---
