Hi all, I started using mones about 2 weeks ago, and have definitely been noticing _something_happening. Tonight, my ex-girlfriend came over. She’s seeing some other dude now, but we still hang out fairly often just as friends, and I noticed some changes in her behavior since starting to wear mones. Anyways, about half an hour before she came I sprayed: 2 sprays of 2x TUTH 3 sprays CTTM2 1 spray IH 1 spray IG 3 sprays of 2x IShine covered with a couple of sprays of Chrome. So we ordered some pizza and put on the movie “Labyrinth” with David Bowie, it used to be our weird little thing when we were dating, a psuedo-obsession with Bowie. I noticed more eye contact from her and she kept smiling when she looked at me. Anyways, she asked me to walk on her back so it would crack. After doing that I asked her to do it for me. So after returning the favor she crouched down on me and put her hands under my shirt and was rubbing my back and then started tickling me, so of course I had to tickle her back. Anyways, we got back to the movie, every time David Bowie was on screen she kept sighing, which isn’t exactly out of character since she’s always had a thing for him, but it was pretty obvious she was a little…antsy. She kept touching my leg and what not, she even grabbed my ass 😃 Then we ended up snuggling for a little and then ended up kissing a few times, not really a big deal though, that was as far as it went, which is in all truthfulness probably a good thing. To clarify, none of this behavior is very out of the ordinary but it was certainly more exaggerated tonight, much more kino So I think the TUTH was doing it’s job, but she’s not mentally or emotionally open to doing anything sexual at this point, but that’s fine, because it would just complicate things. I’m going to stick with the socials mostly and a bit of -none to keep things interesting. I’ve got A314 coming in the mail and I ordered some P83, [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/), and MX273, which I’m going to experiment with. I’m excited because I’m getting glasses tomorrow (don’t wear any now) and my A314 should arrive in the mail, and so the next time she sees me I’m going to be like a completely new man. Anyways, what I’ve seen so far from using mones has definitely been promising, I’m beginning to believe! ---

If you’re serious about not wanting to reignite anything with her then maybe avoid wearing [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) when the two of you are alone together. At least the sexual ones like TuTH ---

I want to build up / renew the emotional connection as well ---

But remember that pheromones won’t win her back on their own, but they may give you the little edge you need to move things in the right direction. She came over today before one of her afternoon classes, and I used 2 drops A314 1 spray of TUTH 1 spray of IH I also picked up some Dial Magnetic body wash today and showered right before she came over. I think the A1 content definitely contributed something, because she seemed more comfortable and at ease than she has been in a long time. Less distant for sure. Things went really well, we ended up cuddling, talking, and laughing for about an hour on my bed, it was almost like old times. I only really used the TUTH because when I wore it by itself once she said she liked how it smelled, and buried her face in my neck, so I think I might use it as a base along with A314. I’ve used 2 sprays of TUTH without any ill effect. I thought I might OD since it’s double strength, but either she has a higher tolerance for it or I don’t produce very much -none. Anyways, I couldn’t really tell you what would help you win your GF back, it would probably depend on your individual situation and your personality. But maybe start with some IH or IO, along with something like A314 or Ammo (haven’t tried it yet) to give you an alpha male vibe. I’m still a noob and am experimenting so maybe some of the more experienced users can provide some better advice. Anyways, good luck mate ---

Like it was mentioned I would keep a heavy amount of IH in the mix. You can’t lose with CTTM with some extra beta nol (IH). Maybe even get crazy with the IH one night to help create a memorable emotional bonding feeling. Just be careful to keep most of it away from your face or you might say something mushy that you should have filtered at this stage of the relationship. 🙂 Sticking with the same mix, for at least a few days at a time, might work well for you. And the A314, if it is working for you, is a great base. She’s obviously digging the none in the TUTH so I would keep with at least a little bit for now and crank it up later on as things progress.
