ICM is a personal mix that Steve made and shared with some members so if you want to read up on that do a Advanced search on ICM and Steve at the same time and the most important posts will come up. You cant buy ICM in the store.

Oh and since your new I wont spank you 😃 but the Mens section is for [Pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) related discussion so I am moving this on down to the lounge.

The computer will change most product acronyms to the product name as ramon demonstrated. If you have any your not sure of list them here and we will help you with them.

Tisha 😉
