I really have to think that they are why I am not having anxiety daily anymore. I only had one attack and it ended 30 seconds after I put on the Mones and I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have paralyzing anxiety for 2-4 hrs in the morning. That’s why I smoke so much pot cuz it is the only thing that worked but I had to smoke several joints of the best buds I can find and it wasn’t fast enough. Idk why but since they do cause phisological responses, maybe one of em is shorting out whatever was causing the anxiety…idk, but I am thankful. I will eventually try to narrow down what it is that is helping but I have been great with 1 spray of A314, IO, and IS (I suspect it is the A314 or IS but not sure) whatever the case it has been a solid week, well actually 6 days but this is so amazing. Unless you have bad anxiety you have no idea what even a day off feels like, it’s like a vacation…but free(well not really free since I bought quite a few different mones to play with but if this keeps up, it in itself is worth every penny and so much more. I have been keeping notes and will type up a log/start a log here soon, just kinda trying to get a baseline and it’s hard to tell what is me and what is not since at times I have been known to be quite charismatic and captivating to a broad spectrum of people…other times I feel like I have social anxiety and am scared to talk to people…so I am kinda all over the place. The last year before I got married I was clubbing a lot and was not lacking when it came to getting laid…but I would go through periods where I could hold this facade but it wouldn’t last long so it was only good for one night stands…when it came to relationships I just didn’t have the confidence. I can definitely feel a change since using the mones besides the lack of being glued to the couch, but I feel like I did when everything was going great and I can’t really explain it but the self effects alone I would think make me more attractive to the opposite sex…I don’t have anything major to report that I can think of atm but I am so glad I found you all…if this keeps up it is a life-changer, and in a good way…gonna have to stock up tho…if we end up in a civil war and I can’t get my mones i’m gonna be like a crackhead…lol…they store for years right? ---

Ishine is my anxiety and depression killer. Glad to read that you are having good self effects.
