Wow, I am not sure what to say as I really don’t do intros and am not that experienced on that section of the forum; seriously why get so strung out over missing out on some points? Free money/points to buy products is of course VERY awesome! However, we get rewarded points as it is just for contributing to the forum and also when we purchase so you always get points no matter what. So really, there shouldn’t be a problem unless you like being greedy. All in all, if you know you’re doing a good job at helping out people and reporting your good work will _not_ be outlooked by Steve, Jasmin, and Tisha (and everyone else I forgot to mention.) I repeat, you _will_ get points so just take a breather and continue doing your good work. ---

Basically, it just makes it seem like if you don’t care about the new users getting a good feel for the products. That in return basically just gives Androtics a bad name, because after all \*we \*\*all \*represent Androtics when we’re posting on here and helping out new users. Now I may still be new on here, but thanks to the veteran members on here that do care to help. I am now starting to learn the ropes, help out new people with my experiences, and with the experience that I have learned from you guys. Maybe I would have picked another answer as best, but so what? They know what they’re looking for. Maybe to them, the first answer is the most helpful because they wanted a quick response. Maybe they mostly want to feel welcomed and included. Maybe they’re seeking straight information above all and like a no-nonsense answer. Maybe they think Tisha’s answer is the best (and quite often, I would agree with them - Tisha really knows her stuff, and she presents it in such a warm and funny way) and what is wrong with that? Why shouldn’t Tisha be rewarded if she is giving the person what they want? With the current system, there are really great thoughtful answers being offered, but there is also quite a bit of fluffy stuff from folks who just want points. That doesn’t speak well for Androtics, to my mind. Honestly, I think if people are competing to give the BEST SERVICE to the new member, only good can come of that, for the newbie, for the forum, and for the company. ---

Ok just to set things straight here, i have done my intros not for the points but for the thought to help the newbies out as i know i’m a newbie before & some of you guys(I don’t want to point out who but you know who you are) think i’m greedy about points, you are damn wrong 😠 The point i make this thread is to point out those cheaters which is a bad idea anyway, that’s all 🙄 I can’t believe that some of you will even think of me that way, c’mon most of the veteran members here know me very well & know how is my character there. And Steve, i’m glad you accepted my apology there 🙂 but sorry i have to declined your offer of giving you suggestions to the system as i don’t wish to be involved in this already. Besides Lady Tisha have done a great job in handling the system so far 😉 That’s all i would like to say on myself here & see ya 🙂 ---

PS, the trouble is, you are jumping up and down with anger and haven’t noticed that we don’t actually know what it is that has got you annoyed. A lot of us here are thinking we have done something wrong and getting defensive. PM one of the moderators, tell them the problem and get them to PM whoever it is that has annoyed you. If it was me that annoyed you, I’d rather you PM’d me to discuss it, that way no-one else( like mikotorocks) need get stressed. ---

As I said I have a handle on the situation. I went over the threads and there is no cheating. I will repeat this… no one has cheated. I apprieciate every member who takes the time to help me up there and welcomes the new members. I do have my own pet pev’s though. If its obvious a member didnt qualify ask them some questions. Help them become qualified and feel welcome and at home. Actually read what the person wrote in his/her intro. I have seen instances where the person will indicate they are not interested in anything sexual and people suggest TUTH. Your favorite product may not be the product that fits there needs. Short clipped welcomes are becoming a problem. They are a indication of a race for points and do a disservice to the new member whether they know it or not. If your racing for points and doing a good job of it its fine with me but if you misspelling every other word and not making the member feel warm and welcomed they tend to not come back. I hate seeing… Hi welcome to the forum, Get IO and IH to help with your shyness. Have fun \*\*&_&(_ These I have been told to be more strict on and I have over the last few weeks. **New reponding members** They are just learning and I give them a break and tips on how to do the intro welcomes. As I mentioned a lot of them have no ideal there is a points bonus and are just giving back to the community. If you go back and look at that person intro you see why they feel like giving back. They were made to feel welcome and part of the group just like we did they day you joined. Tisha ---

Whooops, let me put my share. I suggest, Let’s scrap all this points giving thing. Ouch !! someone just jump out my screen with a mask, holding a Gong and hit my head, and he took off, like literally, jumping back into the screen. hahaha, sorry for being super high now. haven’t sleep for the past 20+hours. Ok, my point of view. I have been in there (the intro section sometimes) earlier on i was trying to help and welcoming people and hey! why not when there are points to be earned. Then i go back now and then to check. My god. It’s like we have a reply bot kind of things. Whoooosh.. Wa la… and few minutes after a new member has join someone is there to welcome them. That’s good. That’s awesome. My god it is actually freaking GREAT. gives new member heart waming feeling and actually see that this forum is very active and welcoming. PS, JB, X, MFG.. all of you are just great and is a great addition and superb helper to this forum. With you all, the forum will secure and lock in new members and foster them to become APR’s new family member’s making APR grow and in returns APR getting bigger and making better and greater products for all of us to use. It is all a cycle. Well, some new members eventually after reading more here and there will eventually find that there is a reward for welcoming new comers and by that time they are comfortable with the forum and actually will want to earn some points to help them get some stuff free from the store to use. It’s great. It actually is the cycle i’m talking abt which can help give us better products. Give them the chance. Heck even give me a chance to let me cash some points. Shit, where am i running to actually with this long post ? Ok what i want to say is WHAT YOU ALL SAY if let’s just let this pass and close this entire thread ? The ones that has appologized has appologized. The ones that is giving forgivence has given. So why not just let this be a merrier place as it always has been and just close this thread. It aint pretty letting new members seeing all the old member’s here firing a warfare among ourselve and what more all of us are scattered around the world in different timezones and continents. Why not just be great friend. The world is round and who know what we might be assign for work or travel to the particular country and when we need a guide or just a friend to bring us around. We already have strong ties and friendship in this great forum that we foster and great friends made so that when visiting a foreign country it aint foreign anymore but with a sense of great feeling when u know that there is actually a friend waiting for u on the other side waiting ur arrival. As I see it the point system is not broken and works just wonderful. I’m certainly not going to change it because one person says its broken but refuses to provide any type of reasoning. Makes no sense to even try to fix whats not broken. Some people sit around and wait to welcome members. Androtics offers reward points to welcome members. Its worked that way since before I joined and truthfully I see no issues with it. Enjoy it. I have heard a few (and I do mean a very small percentage) of members posting one line and then going back to edit it. Get creative yourself and quote that person. BANG, they can go back and edit it, but you have their original post in a quote below it. Now while you’re in there quoting them just to catch them doing something they shouldn’t someone else comes along and posts a friendly hello with plentiful advice. Tisha skips the both of you and counts that one as the first one and now we have two members that will stand out as testament to their pettiness and foolhardiness. Come on guys, do you not see the irony in all this? Get over it and say hi because you want to help people. 😉 **I am 100% confident in Tisha23 abilities** and I don’t feel the need to call in a disciplinarian and send you all to the corner with no milk and cookies. That’s it: nap time everyone. Mr Sand Man will be coming around to sing the sleepy time song.😛 ---
