OK here it comes… Before going to work I put 2 drops of A314 on my neck and behind ears. So when I arrived to work I say hey to two guys and they didn’t responded. Normally they always respond. Then I went to smoking room and sat dawn. There was one guy and I asked from him how many years have u worked here … and he answered … so it’s was ok. After one hour me and one guy have to got to one place with a car … so we ride we communicated … it’s was ok nothing special. I have to still start to conversation most of the time … but then we go to outside and worked there… so actually I was there in a lower status … but damn this dude always tried to control me. I I didn’t seen any respect. Even if I wear nothing I get respect. Very very stange situation 😕 ---

It makes absolute sense 🙂 You will always need to control conversations when wearing A314. This has been reported over and over. You are a high-status guy, and as such, are used to controlling things. Then on top of that, the guy who tried to control you is not used to you as such a high-status guy. All of a sudden you go from being one of the guys, to a potential threat. The brain, his brain, could not compute the change and therefore the only logical thing for him to do, was dispel the new mone signature. How do you dispel High-Status guy, you try and out ALPHA him, which in this case was disrespect. It’s going to take some time for your coworkers to come to grips with the new guy A314 creates about you. You need to step up to the plate and be that high-status guy now. If you don’t you will be in a situation, where everyone is going to challenge you always. ---

hi steve, If i dont want to be to much an alpha i believe it can be buffed. Id like your thought on this.
