> yeah zoloft is great for anxiety. They say lower doses of it is for depression and the higher doses is for social anxiety. I think it works great. I would of tried something else but i like where im at with this. so i figure why fix something that isnt broken lol. believe me im a person that is not depressed. and also a person that is not to waste money.

Hey man im glad to hear the meds are working out for you. Anxiety can really hold a person back. I’ve been struggling with it for a while now but have gotten to a pretty good place lately and im just wondering before i buy any more pheromones if you’ve noticed any that affect your anxiety in a negative or positive way?

For anxiety and mild depression you can use this herb witch was used in centuries :
[St John’s wort - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St_John's_wort)
Ask your doctor about products from that plant - it’s really nice and bio way of treating anxiety and mild depression. And ( at least for me) no side effects witch most chemical drugs have.

Yeah um a314 really seems to make any of my anxiety that i have seem to be reduced to almost anything give me a huge confiedent boost that i really love. I would recommend more but i use a314 in all my mixes so i really couldnt say if anything else has an effect on me. I have tried IO by itself but it make me more happier but i wouldnt say it gets rid of my anxiety like a314 does

The only thing one should bother when taking st. John’s worth is that should not expose his skin to sun alot because it has some photoeffect and can make troubles with skin and sun.But besides that is verry vriendly herb.I took it recently for anxiety ( some pills that contained concentrated st. john’s worth as not to dring it like tee ) and it has a little slow effect but in a month I felt really good. Some say the main antidepresant bio ingredient hypericin is powerfull as prozac while having no side effects and cannot make you used to it and when u stop using it to have abstinence.Dosn’t work for severe depression though. The tee can be drank for anxiety but it can help stomach problems as gastritis too. When I was a kid I cured my gastritis with the same herb but as a tee.It takes time, but it’s better way than using pharmaceutical chemical drugs.Although before taking this herb - you should consult some medical doctor as to be sure if it is o.k. to take it and that u’re getting the right dosages ext.

Something else that has been proven helpful for anxiety/depression is Fish Oil. Fish Oil is actually a great supplement with alot of other benefits such as reduced inflammation(helps reduce acne. Also aids recovery for those that work out!), increased eyesight, and cognitive functions among others. Also, exercising daily is a great way to boost confidence and reduce depression/anxiety.

This thread took a really interesting turn. Definitely didn’t see it turning into ways to combat anxiety when I made my first post, but very helpful stuff.

I’ve heard good things about fish oil. I’ve tried a lot of herbal tinctures that can be used to help anxiety and are very relaxing. I really Valerian Hops, for instance. I’ve also tried prescription medication my doc gave me for anxiety which helps stabilize me.

I really do have to say that A314, IG, and Ammo all make me much less anxious and more confident. The anxiety medication doesn’t affect confidence, it simply reduces my overall mood of anxiety and specific instances I would have anxiety attacks otherwise. But the pheromones I listed, and I’m sure there’s more, really gave me more confidence. Now I **feel** **I should** have that confidence all the time, not just when I use pheromones. So that’s helped my overall confidence which I think somehow does influence my anxiety for the better.

Well fish oil is verry good for the brain - it’s given to children ( me included when I was a child) as to help brain evolve in the right way. It’s good stuff.Valeriana is also good for anxiety. As for mild depression - well st. John’s worth is natural antydepressant - some say it’s as powerful as prozak without side effects so maybe one should consider taking it when a mild depression is present and not just anxiety. But doctors know best - I just say what I’ve tried.Actually I read about the medicine with st. John’s worth and because I used that herb to cure my gastritis when I was younger - I said - well the good old st. John’s worth.Went to my doctor and asked him if it was o.k. to take it for anxiety ( I had exams, money problems, broke up with girlfriend and I felt like s\*\*t) and the doctor said "Well yeas - no big side effects ( only one - should not expose skin to sun alot) or absinence problems, but why are you willing to take it?If u have some depression there are stronger drugs on the market…"But I wasn’t with severe depression so I took the herb medicine - worked miracles for me but slowly - after a month time ( witch is understandable’ cause it’s herb product and works slowlly).

hey if it only took a month i would say it was well worth it. Herbal solutions are always a good way to go. And i didnt know it was used for childrens brain evolvement. some pretty interesting stuff man. And glad to see that it worked so well for ya.

Great list Tourch, You may want to call it “Ideals to help you meet a girl” All but a few have anything to do with improving your [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) journey but they are great for improving yourself and communication overall.

The best advice to improve your Pheromone journey is

Go out and be around people.

Learn your correct dosages

Be congruent with your signature

Learn to read body language

Work on confidence levels

Thats pretty much it.

On your original post just hit edit post at the bottom. Then below the posting window you will see a button that says Go advanced. Once you hit that you can change your title.

Don’t feel like you have to because I suggested it though. Being the former Moderator here for years I still have some pet peevs about accurate titles and posting in the correct sections. For instance the men’s pheromones section is just for talking about pheromones. The lounge is for other subject matter. The forum is a bit out of control now LOL
