so far the biggest effect from p97 that I have noticed is how it makes you feel like a million bucks. you just feel good, in a very subtle sort of way, yet very powerfully. It kind of takes your worries and anxieties and allows you to file them away and feel good. its like instant perspective.  
the caveat here is that i’ve done very little testing and it seems to depend on what you are wearing.
