Hiya obviously as a girl I am not the best expert and I am sure others will give your their views soon. I do read the forums a lot - I’m pretty new and have lots to learn! But the guys seem to really like ammo as it can be used in a lot of situations from work to social. You might like to look at [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) too. Go to the top of the mens section and there are some stickys there at the top that will guide you in buying the right product for you. Also read the mens section of the forum they have tested and reported on most mones out there and it contains alot of good info. We do mostly talk about Androtics products because this is there forum and the products work for us. That being said I would start with Ammo and IO and shine which you can buy in the to-go size or full size bottle from smartmones. Your best bet is to start with the to-go products so you can test them out and see if you like them. Tisha ---

Well, i think i have to give much more explaination about what i’m looking for. There are some kinds of pheromone trade marks on this site. - I’m a bit shy in the sociaty and hard to express myself easily. I cannot find the suitalbe words for that situation as i talking to girls. \*I don’t have a girlfriend now. But i want more, i want to be attractive while i have no girlfriend 🙂 There are so many phero types in here. But i can order just one type. So i’m looking for a type that respond my requrements (attractive, being focus point of the girls’ attachment and more calm if can be) Which phero can you suggest to me? A314, Ammo, Instant Shine and [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) from the smartmones site are a good start. They are good proven “all around” type products. After that, if you want to fine tune what you are doing, just keep reading. They have products for just about anything. ---

It will help you to be more outgoing when your out because its like practice in a non threating enviroment . My oldest son is very shy and he joined a few video game forums and it really helped him.
