# Suggestions on Combination...

Okay, Just ordered Ammo, Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Turn Up The Heat…

Now what I want is an effective mix between these that will make my ex girlfriend crazy for me… lol

Should I dump all the bottles on me for that effect? lol

Seriously though, I dont want to scare her away or anything, I just want her to get the vibe/idea that I am more then a friend to her, and possibly give her a sexual desire for me, because she lost her sexual desire for everything and thats what broke us up.

I was thinking when I see her next, 2 sprays of Ammo, and 1 spray of Turn Up The Heat behind my ears? and maybe while im on the field, I throw on some Instant Openness and Instant Shine if needed? just a small portion of these two half way through the day with her…?

I’d wait on the tuth until she is obviously responding well. Then add 1 spray.

You could try one spray of each, or stick with two sprays of Ammo with one of Shine. Keep it light. Those would be my two suggestions. I might try the simpler one first, if you’re a beginner.

Heck, you couldn’t go wrong with just two sprays of AMMO, if you want to see how basic [pheromones](https://a314.com/) work for you.

So I’d, as a beginner, try these suggestions for a week at a time in reverse order. Start simple and move to complex. Seriously. Sometimes simple turns out to be best anyway, depending on your natural pheromone makeup.

After being around her for a bit, If Im getting good signs from her, I may run to the bathroom and spray 1 or 2 of Turn Up The Heat on me.

Good plan? We supposed to watch a movie, sitting close to eachother. So something should happen.

What you guys think?
