Hello, welcome to the forum! While it has been shown that Asians produce less -none than other ethnicities, it is a useful tool, depending on what type of person you are trying to attract. And no matter what [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) you choose, each person still has to find his own sweet spot. This takes experimentation and a little patience, as it is best done systematically. Thanks for replying! When you say Asians produce less of -none, does it mean we must be careful not to use too much so as not to OD? Instant shine and instant openness - its so hard to choose between those 2! Personality I won’t consider myself an introvert, but I’m not exactly the life of the party as well. Thinking of using this in social situations 🙂 ---

Its not so much different doses, more that Asians can respond better to different proportions of certain pheros, so you still need to do your basic testing to find your sweet spot (effective dose) in a range of situations - eg a dose that works well in clubs, bars or parties may well be unsuitable for work or polite social interaction, so you need to find the range that suits your lifestyle best. Very broadly, there is a recognised preference for Androsterone in Asian women, so it often works well to include a higher proportion of these pheros in your mix - IG (for younger and A314 (older) are the ones to look at here. If you are needing maximum sociability with your sexyness, IG and IG/IO or IG/IS in a mix would seem the best primary components to me, then steer it in a sexual direction with a **small** proportion of Androstenone product - eg Ammo, [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or even TUTH Saying that, it is also the case that Asians from a more westernised background do become more responsive to more western-style phero signatures but still often demonstrate a slight leaning to Androsterone-dominant mixes and even between the races there can be differences. I’ve observed that Thai and Korean women can be responsive to a higher proportion of Androstenone in a mix compared to Japanese and Han Chinese. Also, an Asian guy around western women would probably benefit from slightly more Androsterone in the mix but be careful not to go too high. Socials like IO and IS are good with all races but personally I’d avoid using IO around A314 as it can weaken it considerably. I use IH/IS in combination instead, which is also a good and more mature/quality conversation combo. And as always with pheros, you can find exceptions in any race and age and occasionally you will meet someone whose responses defy all rational expectations of the mix you are wearing - So this is why its good to experiment. 🙂 ---
