> I’m just wondering, what does the temperature have to do with the scent? Shouldn’t it be the amount of pheromone content that should be increased?

Not really. Remember, our light scent package is not merely designed as a fragrance cover. It is designed in a number of ways to enhance the release of the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), using the same technology utilized in the best colognes and parfums.

Basically, the fixatives and highly diffusive molecules are found in the scent package, which then bind to pheromones and regulate the rate and path of dispersion.

Increase the pheromones, and all you’re going to do is OD more rapidly. The increased heat makes them diffuse more quickly, and you’d really be overwhelming (and sometimes repelling) others.

I’ve tried both paths. The latter one is a perfect way to “freak out” your friends, both old and new.

Remember, when it comes to pheromones, it’s not just the actual pheromone molecules that count. It’s how they’re contained on the skin (“fixed” in parfuming parlance), how they leave the skin (“diffusion”), and what they do in their air when they’re off (“projection” and then “sillage”). These are all important factors that few ever stop to consider.
