You mentioned you were laid back with a don’t care style; I think this could really give you a confidence boost and probably make you want to be more outgoing. I purchased a bottle of IS a while back and love it. The effects seem to wear off more quickly than other though (might be just me, i’m in a less humid environment) Since you are younger, I wouldn’t advise anything like Turn up the heat, but I might consider recommending Ammo. Welcome to pherotalk ! Thanks for the introduction it definitely helps when you touch on all those aspects to give us a better understanding of which products to offer up to you. I think based on what youve said that you should look at [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) because it will make you more outgoing and social and happy, and give you a boost of confidence. Next, Instant Gentlemen , this product will give you the cool guy vibe and has confidence and alpha qualities built into it and sets you up to come across as dependable and Boyfriend material which should help in the getting numbers department. Lastly, IO, since this product will help you break the ice and keep conversations flowing nicely and has self effects as well as great effects on others making them very chatty ! Its important to remember that mones will not do all the work for you, you still have to actively engage others and hopefully the little confidence boost from the mones and other self effects will help you, because without this you will not succeed in what you are trying to accomplish. So work on yourself as well and let the mones do that extra 10% making everything that much easier ! ---

Welcome to the forums! Based on what you’ve said about yourself, I would recommend getting Instant Shine, Instant Openness and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). The Instant Gentleman will give you that needed confidence boost and make you seem like the cool guy that everyone wants the approval of. Instant Openness is a great conversational lubricant and Instant Shine adds a fantastic, happy finishing touch to any pheromone mix. IS also has some really nice self-effects. ---
