I was at an interview yesterday. I did my friend a favor because he was moving to a different area and he wanted to help his boss find a replacement. He asked me if he could give his boss my number and have a conversation, to which I did and went for the meeting anyway just to see what they had to offer. I’m already at a fast track here in my company which is already one of the biggest players in the financial services industry, and the one I was interviewing for is one of the most regcognized and prestigious. During the initial interview phase, he told me that they hired less than 1% of potential applicants and some don’t even make it past the first interview. I was myself and conversed normally with the partner of the firm, and eventually invited me to take the assesment test. I was there anyway so I did, and he essentially gave me the formal application packet and told me that he would look forward to working with me if I so chose. The rapport and conversation flowed well and I was courted to look at this company as an option. It was just surprising because my credentials weren’t brought up until the end, and I was 90% through the normal process until that point and all I was wearing was A314 @ 3 drops. This is really some powerful stuff both in self effects and effects on others. Congruency is obviously the key but I was surprised at the first meeting that a prestigious company like this, especially a higher up partner would go ahead and pretty much offer me the job was impressive. ---

A314 is so great,maybe people should start saving up to make a bathtub of it so we can get a ‘full’ boss effect,will do it first to rule teh world.
