How do I find my sweet spot? What are some ways? I don’t really want to waste too many sprays through trial and error. ---

Finding your sweet spot is exactly what you don’t want to do, trial and error. Everybody’s body is different. What works for me, may or may not work for you. I usually stick with one spray for a week and move up (unless I have limited amounts of the product). Slowly move up the dosage and find which amounts seem to work best for you. If you’re finding a product has very few or no effects, report that, but be sure to include how many sprays, where you sprayed, time elapsed and where you were. Try to be as detailed as possible, even if the hits are negative or non-existent. This helps to give us an idea of what was going on and gives us more background to help you. ---

Thanks all. It really helps, but how will I know I found my sweet spot?
