# Sweet spot testing: where to spray, and what does an OD on IS or IH look like?

I just had a quick question I was going to follow Steve’s guide on finding your sweet spot [How to find your sweet spot...](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-find-your-sweet-spot/22146) Now my question is when doing this what is the ideal part of your body to spray? Also, I have [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), TUTH, IS, IO, and IH but what would OD on IS or IH look like? I don’t see how people could be to happy…though I could see how being to honest could be bad haha

There really is no need to OD on the socials, however on the other mones that are geared towards sex and respect it is really educational to see what some negative reactions are like.  
That way you can get an idea of ghosting so when you do your sweet spot testing on let’s say IJ and you were getting great results at 4 sprays, similar results at 5, but all of a sudden at 6 sprays guys started to start shit with you for no reason and females couldn’t look you in the eye, then you know you could back down to 4 and get optimal results in a more economical fashion than 5 sprays.
