how do u find it? What is it? And where is it usually? ---

Depends you have to test the product yourself finding your sweet spot may take a week or two. Your sweet spot is how many sprays you can handle with a product and you want to find your sweet spot with a product like [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)/TUTH. Took me about 2 weeks with Ammo. Usually spots differ with people I found mine to be well dispersed on my upper chest as well as my wrists. 1 spray to my chest, 1 spray to my wrist, and 1 spray to the back of my neck. but if u wear t shirts or closed botton shirts then would you still spray to your chest eventho your shirt is going to cover it up? ---

Yeah but make sure you spray to the upper part of your chest close to the neck or you could apply to the front of the neck. You just have to find what you like and what works for you and what doesn’t. Tisha says, “place the points where you sweat the most minus the armpits and crotch area.” So if you sweat more on your forearms that’s a good place to place Ammo or if you sweat a lot on the back of your neck you could spray the back of your neck. Any of the -nols are great add ons (Instant Shine, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), Instant Openess, and Instant Female Magic). Makes the people around you talkative. Shine = feel good and others, Honesty = Deeper convo, Openess = icebreaker, and Female Magic = makes girls more comfortable to be around you. Now, all of these pheros I haven’t experience first hand. This is just a general grasp of what I learned from reading a lot on the forums. I have honesty and shine I still havent gotten around to test honesty. I like shine makes you feel good and other people around you.
