# TAA? Anyone had any results using TAA? I’m educating myself for future reference.😕 Any mixes used would also be helpful. Thanks. ---

TAA is the main pheromone used in [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Gives that upbeat and energetic feel that Instant Shine is known for. So basically, it’s a more crude version that may be best for mixing when you don’t want all the steering pheromones to get in the way of your experiments. But if you’re not experienced, it may just be best to get the IS and wait for the TAA till later. ---

I’ve used both IS and TAA extensively and have a few thoughts. IS and iS2X didn’t do much for me. If they did, the effects were, ah, very subtle. I used two 30ml bottles & a Togo solo and with dozens of mixes to little avail. TAA, the main ingredient in IS, worked much better for me. Responses are more intense and immediate and it’s a great supplement to just about anything. I wear it daily with A314 & SOE. However, it brightens up horny mones like NPA or PheroProof just as effectively. I really can’t characterize TAA as a “crude” version of IS. It’s refined and effective and everything IS should have been. IS seems over processed and weak in comparison. I greatly prefer the alcohol carrier TAA over oil carrier. More in your face and less expensive. Finally, the useful life of TAA is about an hour. I carry it in a Sephora pocket atomizer and zap a refresh before class or meetings. ---

Sorry, i think i must have misphrased what i meant there. By “crude” i meant that the TAA could still give the effects found in IS, but was without the steering pheromones present in that product. Didn’t mean to knock TAA by any means, since i’ve heard plenty of people (yourself included) give it a great review as a solo product. But for people without as much experience, i would still recommend starting off with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). If you, like Gegogi, find that IS just isn’t doing anything for you, then try TAA and see what happens. Thanks for making me look back over what i said, Gegogi. Definitely misspoke there. ---

Thanks for the tips and advice. I was not all that impressed by Instant Shine myself. I currently use A314 2 drops, Instant Openess 2 sprays and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) 2x strength on each wrist and have impressive results as far as breaking the ice and establishing repor. I work in a hospital so cologne and after shave are out of the question. I used my wrists for the IO and IH because I turned myself into a chatter box once by using my neck and hair ---

I got a pretty important question, seeing as how I am dying to place an order for either TAA or IS4x… IS 4x and 30mcg/spray TAA are about the same price. Which one would be more effective in your opinions? I ask because combining p74 and IS (a TON of it) has produced insane hits, but if TAA is even stronger I’d be inclined to side with it. Do the steering mones in IS have any profound influence? Any help would be appreciated because I want to get either TAA or IS before my magical p74 10mcg/spray runs dry. And as far the low doses of IS go, I have not had much luck either. And btw I know some people prefer IS to raw TAA and vice versa, but which one contains more MONES?! I have scanned around the forums but haven’t been able to conclusively find which is the better value. Any guesses about what the TAA mcg/spray equivalent of IS4x might be? Thanks in advance! ---

Yes TAA is the main componant in Ishine but its modified. So it will be a little different then Ishine. Ishine has more pull and magnetism in my opinion. TAA on its own is rapidly diffusing so it dosnt last as long. Ishine is designed to be more time released. Tisha ---

im not sure if this is helpful, but i have both shine and TAA, i wear shine and the hits are great but i like having TAA for imediate emergency “i need specific attention this minute” type hits. because TAA doesnt last as long as shine, its perfect for imediate and then go-away results for me. I dont always want the “high” hanging around once i decide i want “serious”. i think people that use alot of shine or use it often acclimate to it. that doesnt mean it isnt affecting others though for the first time. ---

IS doesn’t give me the sort of punch that TAA alone does. I have worn 16 sprays of IS and didn’t get the punch that I did wearing 25 mcg of TAA. This may just be diffiusion, though, since the TAA wore off about an hour later, but the IS was still making me happy two or three hours later. I _love_ the effects of combining TAA with Alpha Nol in equal doses. ---

[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) was an attempt to elongate the effects of the TAA molecule. We use two accessory molecules, one of which has fixative properties. Shine’s primary effects seem to last up to 3 hours, with minor effects over 7 hours or so. We recently created a 2 test versions to elongate it even further. One of them seems to work well, and will likely take the place of current Instant Shine formula. The new formula’s primary effects seem to last at least 5 hours. From what I’ve read about why people like both Shine and raw TAA, it sounds to me like we need a Shine “Express” or “Fireworks” version and a slow train. The direct route and the scenic route. Different strokes for different moods. ---

i would have to agree with carlord about this, i dont have taa but shine2x and spaceland when you put those 2 together its a happy go lucky kinda fealing. i think this combo of taa and alpha androstenol sould be givin to new users that dont belive these products work. in shine and openness of course
