# TAC+Ammo or IS+Ammo?

well, i got the money i need, so this week im gonna purchase some mones… but im a lil bit confused about IS and TAC. i read some threads and some people says that TAC + AMMO is a great combo.. also IS + AMMO.  
but people say TAC is the best -none buffer and im a lil bit scared to OD because im a 22yo guy who works out and do alot of sports.  
my deal is:  
-IS or TAC (30ml bottle)  
-2 ammo (to-go bottle)  
-1 IH 2x strenght(to-go bottle)

or could change for ammo 30ml bottle…

what do you guys think about it?

Hey there, would recommend you to go straight for IS. Unlike the instant lines, putatives are molecules alone. Not saying that you could not go for TAC, but unlike the instant lines, the results of TAC aren’t guaranteed. I don’t think it would be easy to actually OD on -nones unless you really go overboard, if you use it in moderation you should be fine.

Molecules can come later 🙂 Focus on the instant lines first.

Yes - Stick to the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IS for starters. Putatives are not warranted and still very much under evaluation here. The very last thing someone new to AD needs.

Agreed Stick with AMMO + IS very consistent
