Sprayed at 9:00 am (5 mcg). Had a doctor’s appointment…nothing to report there. About an hour later I was on my way to work (45 min drive). I noticed that I started to get a headache and my driving actually was pretty poor as a result (not dangerous, just not as alert as I usually am). 11:00: About 2 hrs after I sprayed I started to get this splitting headache (not good as today was the deadline for a research report I’m presenting tomorrow!). I tried to shrug it off and continue my report. 12:30: By now my headache was really terrible and I was feeling pretty antsy, so I got up and went to pick up some lunch from a nearby sandwich shop. Felt MUCH better after I ate and went back to work. 3:00: Didn’t realize that I’d been working non-stop, but it must have been wearing off as I started to get antsy and would start taking breathers every 45 mins or so. 4:30: Another spray (am up to 7.5 mcg by now). 7:00: Finished everything I needed to and left (driving was still sub-par). The headache I’m sure was the TAF, but as for the focus, it’s hard to tell if it was the TAF or not as I was trying to meet a deadline anyway. I definitely didn’t notice anything like what people report (seeing blades of grass crystal clear while driving, etc..), but this was also my first trial. I have a presentation tomorrow, so I’ll probably be wearing A314, but I plan to try some TAF out at the gym tomorrow. I’ll update you guys then! ---

Hmm… I’d really like to try TAF. I’m thinking about getting some in my next order. I hope the splitting headache isn’t a common side-effect though. ---

I never had a headache with TAF. The headache thing seems to be by user and then even by product. ---

Hm, while reading the forum, I came across the thread about putting [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) in Oust room fresheners. I wonder what would happen if did that with TAF in my dorm room. What else should I add in with it to help out? ---

Actually TAF gave me some headache 2 times for now. but its rare.. i have gone up over 100mcg without a headache. it depends on your current state of the brain. never use TAF after a big party.. or when you have allot of things on your mind(tasks and problems) this is where TAF knocks my head off. btw i find TAF very useful when designing something. it really helps me through the creativity part. ---

I’ve actually ordered a special bottle of perfume from LP laced with TAF (12.5 strength). I how ever ok why is my writing all blue now… I however don’t know how much this really is… 20% phero in 80% perfume. Could someone give me a heads up? I can’t wait to try it ---

I can’t wait to try it If they mixed 12.5 mcg/spray stregth TAF with 80% perfume then the result is 2.5 mcg/spray. But now if the perfume is oil-based, as most of their stuff is, then it can’t be sprayed and you will probably be using drops. 1 spray equals 5-7 drops depending on sprayer and dropper. So you will probably end up getting approximately 0.5 mcg per drop. Good news is that TAF is effective at pretty low doses. ---

thanks. TAF seems like a pretty complex phero, seems like people have had contradictory experiences with it based on how much they used so I guess I low does makes sense. I just realized this was the guy’s board, oh well lol ---

Okay, so I got a hell of a workout today. Sprayed some TAF and ammo (2x each…2 TAF on my neck, 1 [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) on my wrists, and 1 Ammo on my collar/upper chest. I had some A314 and ammo from the morning, but they must’ve worn off by the time I hit the gym (6:00). Went to the gym and started doing my cardio routine (I switch between cardio days and weight days). Nothing was really happening…and then I remember this moment about 15 mins in. I was on the treadmill running and then I had this instant where I suddenly felt totally awake. I kept looking around me impulsively. I felt like I couldn’t concentrate on one specific object. Finally I was able to focus on running and ran an extra 1.4 miles past where I run. The rest of my routine was similarly enhanced. I know I’m going to be sore as hell in the morning! I was wondering afterward whether it was a placebo effect. Not sure, I’ll have to test it out again 🙂 ---

After finally receiving my order, I’ve started tested TAF. 5 mcg/spray 3 sprays, then two others in the following hour… No focusing on details or more thinking… The only slightly noticeable effect was that I felt more relaxed. As if TAF were Instant Male Magic. 3 sprays today. No reaction from my LTR. I just felt a little more at ease and calm. I’ll go on investigation this week… ---

i’ve been using TAF but really only at higher levels, anywhere from 50-75mcg per spray. i did experience one or two light headaches after a period of several hours, sort of like my shoulders or back getting tired after a long day of playing golf.
