# TAK self test report at 25mcg

App point: back of hand and then wiped under nose  
Scent: neroli 20%

Self effects: slow build up to a calming of the mind with a curious form of lethargy. I applied his while in bed and as the effects took place, I began to space out just a bit with a disconnected sense from my body. Only my mind was fully aware,however, while I was calm and centered, I did not sense the rest of my body. Unless I turned my attention towards it. Perhaps this is where the sleepiness comes in: as a relaxant. I will have to order some more.
