While you’re at it Tea…you may also want to suggest alternatives to pharmaceutical drugs. Of course that depends on how receptive your friend is to these remedies. There are some herbs/vitamin supplements that are excellent for alleviating mild to moderate depression. Here’s a link with posts from me and a few others on this subject…not all of it applies to your friend but you may find some useful information.
