Yes donjorge. I’ve noticed the same thing. My smell is much stronger now when I sweat.

Thanks Steve. That’s the one I was considering! Been eating so much celery lately, my skin and hair are turning green, 😃 Hey by the way, thanks for your help with my recent order.

Anyone have any idea how much androstenone is in a stalk or entire bunch of celery?

There are a lot of articles that say androstenone is in celery but no articles that say how much.

Well technically androtenone is not in celery so you wont find it in a break down of celery, what you find is Phytosterols. Phytosterols are strols which are a subgroup of steroids and act as a precursor to androgens. When you eat celery it stimulates the amount of natural anone you produce through fermentation in the gut. Its not that your ingesting the actual anone.

1 stalk of celery has 3.8 mg of Phytosterols

Here is a study on it

[Study on the Degradation of Phytosterol into Androstenone by Mycobacterium | China Papers](http://mt.china-papers.com/?p=158397)

How well it converts depends on how much good gut bacteria you have to ferment then convert it so you cant measure how much anone you would produce from Phytosterols without knowledge of your gut bacteria. If your relatively healthy eating a couple stalks a day will increase it though. Increasing good gut bacteria is a good ideal as well.
