Hi guys, this is my first day to try A314 and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). I got up in a bit of a rush to get to work, I put on my clothes and I took a minute to think about where to apply A314 and as I read in this blog people apply it on their wrist, chest, around the neck, behind the ears and that is what I did, I apply it in these areas except the chest. In total I added about 5 drops of A314 in this areas and 2 sprays of Ammo on my hand and rubbed it a little bit on my wrists, neck, and behind the ears. As I mentioned in my previous post that I work with this doctor who has been a bit rough to me lately and I don’t know what his views or way of thinking he has but has been in the office minding his own business, seeing patients as I input their info. I do not know if the A314 affected him in any way but I do have to say that I did feel comfortable and open like if I knew what I was doing and remained chill, most of the time I do not know what to say to my co-workers and remain clueless and confused at times. But today I felt more aware and active even tho I only got 5 hours of sleep. I also notice some looks I got from some patients, one older woman around her 40s maybe, I was looking away and pretending that I didn’t know she was looking at me than I turn my eyes and catch her looking at me so I smile, that was the moment when I thought about the effects of A314 or Ammo. Also another thing is that my co-workers were me communicative to me today and was able to remain confident, I knew what to say which sometimes I get a bit shy and my voice becomes a bit acute but my voice was deep and confident today. A young high school girl Also seemed shy when I was with her in the room and kinda had a hard time looking at me. Most questions I asked her about her health were “no” but in like a shy timid voice, maybe that is just her or I’m making myself believe that were the effects of A314 or Ammo. I don’t know. I am going to keep testing this. A314 has really given me confidence but later I notice that my confidence decreased a little after 5 hours or 4. I also Have this P109 &TUTH to try out. ---
