# Testimonial-Great Service!

I recently placed two separate orders over a two day period as the particular items had just became available in the store. I was prepared to pay shipping on each order. Today I received word that both items were shipped in the same envelope and Androtics issued me a GC for the extra shipping charge.

That’s what I call great service!

Thanks! We all appreciate that.

We have 6 people on regular fulfillment and customer service staff now, so I gotta ask who was the “responsible party” or parties involved. (if you can tell)

I’ll make sure it gets back to them!

I can’t tell from the email, but will look at the info in the envelope when I recieve it today, and see if I can tell from that.

No need to do all that. My two very favorite persons in the shipping department Jacob and Amy usually spots when persons have made two orders at the same time or around the same time.

I have clients call to ask me to ask them (tongue twister) to combine their orders and I know I don’t have to because these keen eyes spot them right away and ensure that this happens.

After which they put in a task for me and I issue the gift certificates. It’s all team work.

This has been done for quite some time but it’s the first I think that someone has posted it on the forum. 😃
