Well after expressing my views about the placebo effect I promised I would post my results. Here they are. 1 spray of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to the back of the neck 3 sprays Instant Shine on frontal area/front neck 1 spray Ammo in hair I’ve met the girl before so I wasn’t expecting “first impression” effects but I was hoping for some kind of change in interaction. The most I can say to that effect is that we did start talking about deeper things like our futures, relationships…she did surprise me a little about what she was willing to talk about, but very little, and not nearly enough to convince me it was the Instant Honesty. Shine, for some reason, does nothing for me. Or maybe I’m missing it’s effects. Are they overtly noticable? It smells great. But that’s about it. Or maybe I’m just a confident, happy guy by nature. Am I wearing it wrong? ## After lunch we went back to my place and watched a movie. Nothing special happened there. I do kind of have an attraction towards her, and in that special way that guys act around girls they like, I was hoping Instant Shine would give me a little more confidence around her and not act like a bumbling fool. Whether or not I acted like a bumbling fool, I’m not sure, but I definitely didn’t feel like I did any better than normal, and I didn’t sense that she was taking to me any more than normal. In fact at one point, jokingly but with a tinge of honesty, she laughed, “you’re acting weird.” 2nd experience 3 sprays of Ammo 2 sprays Instant Shine This girl I’ve known for some time now–about 2 years, but we haven’t hung out much for a long time. We went and saw a movie. She was her usual self, as far as I could tell. No change in mood, attitude, conversation or attraction that I could find to attribute to pheromones. Well I know it’s not much, but those are my interactions so far. I’ll continue testing. I might just go to the mall today and blindly try to pick up girls just to see if the pheromones do anything. Any mixes/combinations to recommend for that? I’m thinking 2-3 sprays Ammo, 2 sprays Instant Shine, and a couple drops of A314…? Maybe a spray of Honesty… ---

She talked about deeper things. That is what IH does. Keep using it and it will become more clear. At first its kinda tough to see the results and sometimes it needs to blend with your own chemistry a little to get the full effect. I dont know why but quite a few have reported that. Do you know any people who are cranky or unpleasant by nature. Try shine around them and that will make it easier to see the results. If a person is happy and shiny by nature it makes it kinda hard to notice the effect on them. Your in your thirties so I would say you need more ammo then 1 spray so stick to around 2 or 3 unless your wearing alot of other none products. I think the mix you plan on wearing sounds pretty good for a test maybe one more shine and less ammo because you will have the A314 on Try something like 2 ammo 2 dabs A314 3 sprays of shine 1 of IH Best of luck Tisha ---

You might want to try a lower dose of Shine (1-2 sprays), and just a drop of a314. Too much of either can be counterproductive to a great mix. Instant honesty does what it claims. It’s my fave at the moment, because I’m building intimacy with someone. But for attraction in general it’s trickier than Openness. Not worse, just trickier. 2 sprays of AMMO isn’t a bad place to start. That is your main product from what you have, and you want to find the best dose of that first. Use everything else minimally or conservatively until you do. ---

Whoops LOL just glanced up and saw 36 posts and thought you posted your age on the side bar sorry. Well I must say you are mature for your age 🙂 Its ok to be skeptical, You already have the bottles so just keep on testing and I believe you will hit on the right combo for you. Tisha ---

Another testing experience: 2 drops A314 2 sprays Instant Shine 2 sprays [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) This time I was moving in for college. I put them on right before I drove down (about 40 minutes away) and then after I moved in all my stuff (about 1.5-2 hours later) I went around meeting people. I swear I must not be attentive enough. I’m not getting any unusual reactions out of anyone. I think I may attribute this to the weather, it’s very hot and humid and pheromones don’t work well in this weather right? I was sweating like a scouser in Dixons (\<–don’t know what that means). I reapplied Instant Shine a little later, but ultimately…I didn’t see/experience any special reactions. I wish I could read minds. ---

Had a really entertaining experience with Ammo today. Put one spray on and had a girl from the end of my hall unable to keep her hands off of me. She couldn’t get my scent out of her mind and kept bothering me to tell her what cologne I had put on…so she could go buy it for her boyfriend and “rape him.” She’s very outgoing and free with her emotions, just that kind of person. This has been the first real response to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) I’ve experienced and it was quite entertaining. I don’t think she’d be nearly as attached to my scent if it had been simply cologne, as I showed it to her boyfriend afterwards and he said it smells exactly like the stuff he wears. ---

That’s because the scent of ammo is pretty generic. If you’re skeptic, go with 5 sprays of ammo and see what happens. ---

Dan, being 19, I would try going easy on the -none, and see what kind of results you get. Try removing -none from your mix for a night and see how it goes. The -none might be slightly negative in your case, and could possibly be outweighing the other benefits of everything else in your mix. ---
