We’ve got this new kid working for us at my Starbucks. He’s young, and dumb, but I’m sure he has good intentions. The first day we had to work together I had to actually set him straight and let him know who top dog was. He was a manager at a previous store but just couldn’t handle the duties. I was the assistant at this store, but stepped down to work on some internet marketing projects out of the house. He’s supposed to be the assistant now, but as I said, I established who top dog is. The female manager is “the boss,” and while she’s mom, I’m dad and everyone pretty much asks my opinion on how things should be done. Anyway, I’ve been testing IG 2x each side of neck and have noticed he’s been ultra quiet around me during those two days. This guy talks, non-stop, and its always some sort of self-promoting look at how great I am kind of bullshit. But for the past couple of days, if he does speak, its to ask how I would handle a situation, business and life advice etc. But what I noticed today, and quite honestly it blew me away, was pupil dilation. His pupils, for the entire shift we worked together, it was just us 2. His pupils were as big as saucers. He’s straight, I’m not implying, inferring, or suggesting any of that. However, it does lead me to believe that IG is really having an effect on how he views me, coupled with my own kind of alphaness. Like when it happens in an attraction phase, this guy is just trying to take in as much as he can, visually and auditory. Anyway, that’s it. ---

It’s cool that you’re able to see IG at work … UNDERSTANDING is key! 😉 You will also find that it doesn’t do that to EVERYONE, but those that it does, you will notice it, too! Not just IG … all the others, too. People say they don’t work … maybe it’s because their target is not responding, but I’d be willing to bet … IF they wore it long enough, they are going to see reactions from someone, sooner or later. ‘I’ say, IT’S JUST HOW MONES WORK. My two cents, and not a penny more! 😉 ---
