Hello all, 3 weeks ago I ordered my first products: Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Ammo . I have done some testing mostly with IS and Instant Openness. But what I wanted to ask is some suggestions what to wear in school and how many sprays. Yesterday put: 1x spray Instant Openness (neck) 1x spray Ammo (chest) 3x spray IShine (1x to shirt and 2x to neck) I also bought a new shirt and girls told me compliments about that. Who knows maybe pheromones helped also. They also seemed to be more friendlier.šŸ™„ But I didnā€™t noticed any big deal maybe some eye contacts but that all. ---

What, you mean they didnt get naked and tackle you in the courtyard. šŸ˜ƒ Your on the right track Pend, For alot of people the hits start out slow with eye contact and compliments. As you work with your products and the dosages you will see more and more hits and some will be stronger. Then Bang the big one. šŸ™‚ Mones, just like many other things in life can take a little practice but once you figure them out its big fun. How many sprays of ammo have you used at most at one time ? I see yesterdays mix you used one. I would use 2 ammo, 2 shine, and 2 IO. See how you do with that. Hang in there your doing great. Nice report Tisha ---

Hello Pendulum, Tisha is right, to have good hits, it may take some time. Donā€™t give it up and keep researching! Weā€™re all curious to know about your research. Did the AMMO give you any side effect? Iā€™m just curious. One more thingā€¦ Iā€™d rather spray [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) on my skin than on the shirt. But thatā€™s only my point of view. I feel like on skin it works better. Do as Tisha wrote, sheā€™s right!!! Sheā€™s always right!!! Sheā€™s always sexy!!! Sheā€™s always the wisest!!! Today I did like Tisha suggested 2x sprays IS, IS and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). But I donā€™t know maybe 2 sprays of Ammo was too strong and scared girls. Hi Pendulum! Iā€™ve noticed that when I rise the AMMO dosage Iā€™m also turning much more seriuos. To prevent it I usually also use it in combination with the same amount of Instant Shine, usually sprayed close where I used AMMO. Thereā€™s also another factor, in fact, youā€™re quite young, so probably youā€™re already producing a lot of Androstenone, the same thing that is in AMMO, so probably, you exceeded the tollerance amount and people got a bit intimidated. In fact, Androstenone has both sexual and agressive signature. Thereā€™s one more factor, that maybe girls still found you ā€œhotā€, but a bit too much for your age and got careful with you. I can suggest you two things, the first trying to wear 1 or 2 sprays of AMMO for some times and settling your pherosignature on it, before rising it again. Or maybe, and this could be interesting, to still use 3 sprays of AMMO and to match it with the same amount of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), and to see if some girls will tell you what she thinks :-). Today i sprayed: 3x sprays Ammo (1x to wrists and 2x to neck) 3x sprays [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (2x to neck and 1 to wrists) 2x sprays Instant Oppness (1x to wrists and 1x to neck) Results: I noticed that girls scared to look me but not one girl (not beautiful btw). She started conversation with me. Generally gils didā€™t show any DIHL or IOI or eye contacts šŸ˜ . And my deskmate, beautiful girl btw skipped last class šŸ˜ƒ When she was in class then I didnā€™t noticed any bad effects with her but I donā€™t know šŸ™„. ---

This will help you not get build up. Plus some guys Get mild second day hits even after they shower because anone is stickie and some remains. One thing to keep in mind is the enviroment your in. Girls can be effected and not showing obvious signs. Try it in a more social setting where they are free to show more IOIā€™s During your break from anone just Use IO and get that working for you. Be sure to change around your dosage and the place you apply it. Again enviroment will play a role. If you cant talk in class then use it at lunch or after when your hanging out. Then after the break from anone go back to ammo and use 1 spray to a different locations on your body. Like the back of your neck and be sure to wear it in different social settings. Tisha
