So if you start the day with a spray of instant shine, you can try putting on another at lunchtime for the afternoon. (A314 will hold all day) For work I would suggest IH, then adding some A314. the X, IH, IFM and A314 or TUTH. As mentioned IFM may cause depressive feelings in you, so spray away from your face or nose.
