Hi, I’ve searched on internet and found that celery and zinc can boost testosterone production. So I’ve decided to test it and report the results.

Tomorrow i’ll start eating 1 whole celery each day and a 50 mg zinc dose each morning for a month and see what it does. Of course I’ll report in a few days on what changement I see and how it does affect my [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) use.

I’ve been using A314 for a long time with 2 drops daily but now with a supposed testosterone boost maybe it will change it’s effectivity.

If anyone tried it before please give me your results! 🆒

If your testosterone isn’t the highest you can get away with more none products without OD.. Why not try out some from AD?

A314 can be mixed with other none products for more effect.

If your concerned about abnormally low levels of T you should see a doctor.

My T is not low, but it could be higher. I’m testing it to see if mones work better with a higher T.

I offer you a personal and controversial opinion: that regular [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) use boosts testosterone and natural -eNone output as a consequence of testosterone metabolism. You can validate this by regular use and a follow-up T test. I can’t validate the data because I don’t have a baseline T score that’s mones -free. I think it’s the HPT axis, but I can’t prove it.

I don’t really work out much, but I never have a weight problem. I will say that P75 sends my libido through the roof…but would you expect anything less from something that Alpha!. I can get away with not too much -eNone; maybe I make a lot more now. I was wearing 75 one day. I added just 1 micro of -eNone, and suddenly three girls age 21-35 are on fire. They could handle 75, then the None sent them over the top. It taught me to watch it. Watch the None and the buffering.

Mones don’t work better with a higher T.. Just ask all the 18-20 year olds on the forum. They overdose easily on none products, have to rely on socials a lot etc.. personally if your testosterone is more balanced and not high you could probably get away with a use of a lot more mone products.

Why do you need such high levels of T anyways? Do you think being huge is an advantage? Most women prefer a man with a mid sized build than a bodybuilder.

Do you think p75 even in doses of 2.5 mcg can increase libido? Or does it have to be higher? If so what p75 range do you notice your libido going through the roof?

I came to this conclusion about midway through my 30 mL bottle of 75 at 2.5 mcg per spray. You should be using it about 5 sprays per week to see this effect. It requires regular use.

Yes but at 5 sprays per week could the self effects at 2.5 mcg even last? Secondly, wouldn’t your mind burnout using so many mones so often? I feel zonked after mone usuage if its more than 2-3 times week.. you’re neurotransmitters need time to recharge.

Were you talking about using straight p75 or 75 mixed with other mones. It gets expensive using ammo IS IO IH etc with p75. if we’re just talking p75 alone for this pronounced effect its pretty cheap.

If I were to wear p75 5 times a week but along with IS AMMO IO only 1-2 out of those 5 times per week , would I still get this increased libido?

Also I’m an older guy. Over 35.. Won’t say how much older but my libido could surely use a boost. Are you a young 20 something guy or an older man because if your younger maybe p75 only boosts it a little which is why you still notice the diff. Hard to say how it would boost the libido and to what extent on an older man.

Comments?

This conversation is interesting. I’ll keep eating my celery for the month and take my zinc. I’ll see if I get a change in my libido. Next month i’ll get [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) because anyway I was about to order it. I will test P75 and see if it can increase my libido.

This is likely only going to benefit if you have a zinc deficiency to begin with. Do you know what your ng/dL is for testosterone via a blood test? Without doing before and after bloodwork it’s going to be highly speculative if there was a change.

You’ll have better luck using D-Aspartic Acid to see (at least in blood work) quick results, it has scientific basis. See:
[The role and molecular mechanism of D-aspartic acid in the release and synthesis of LH and testosterone in humans and rats](http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2774316/)

- DIM, Vitamin D3 and D-Aspartic Acid are all going to be more effective than zinc.
- If you have a lot of stress you will benefit overall (in this regard of excessive stress is suppressing natural test levels) by mitigating cortisol with significant amounts of inositol (try googling - ptsd inositol dosing - to get some dosing ideas, think grams) and say 100mg of Phosphatidylserine a day (PS is great for cortisol modulation).
- If you already have healthy test levels, and do increase them via supplementation… it’s likely going to just end up aromatizing into estrogen unless you are taking steps to reduce that.
