Tezza You’re one of the guys whose entries on this forum I keenly love to read. You live in the same city as me, you are only a handful of years older than me and by what I read you’re social upbringing etc is very similar to that of mine. You remind me a little bit of myself a few years ago every time I read your entries. ---

Snake Eyes: Thanks. I’ll PM you and we’ll get together for a drink sometime. Went phero-free today. The difference in behaviour between 'moned-up and phero-free is quite noticeable; I walk with head hunched down, quickly, and avoid eye contact. Interesting. It’s back to “normal”, or rather, normal for me. I’ll keep trying TUTH at 2 sprays for a week or so, see if the self-effects continue. Then I’ll try IG more, and after that, IG & TUTH. ---

Pheros and locations: 2x [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), neck. 4x Instant Shine, chest. Venue: outdoors eating area, shopping mall. Cool spring weather, maybe 20 degrees centigrade, moderate breeze. So I’m sitting there eating some lunch, and there’s a small girl - about 2 or three years old I suppose - playing with her daddy at a table near mine. She goes to walk past and I pull a chair out of her way so she doesn’t walk into it. She stops dead, staring and smiling at me until her dad pulls her away. IG/Shine hit, I’d say. Definitely gives a “big daddy” vibe. She came back a couple of times while I sat there eating. When wearing IG I definitely stand up more straight with my shoulders back. I habitually walk in a “round-shouldered” way, and the IG makes me stand up straighter. ---

[Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/)’s self effects are definite and predictable. I lift my head up, and walk standing straighter. I haven’t been wearing it every day, so I do notice the difference. I can stand up straighter without the IG if I think about it, but the IG makes it unconscious and automatic. I need to lose weight, so I’m going on the “paleo diet”. Basically, you eat like a caveman. Now all I need to do is find a butcher who stocks dinosaur meat. ---

Received A314, MX329, and TUTH 5mcg version 1.0 to-go today. TUTH was a freebie, so I now have TUTH 1.0 in 2.5 and 5mcg versions, and 1.1 in 2.5mcg. Tried A314. I really like the sandalwood scent. I was excited and smiling after putting it on, but I’m not sure if that’s a phero effect or just the excitement of a new toy. Edit: used three drops. The dropper is easy to use but I think I need just a little more practice with it. Went out shopping after putting on A314, no noticeable hits but I am becoming more and more aware of my own behaviours with practice, I notice that I tend to be nervous in the company of strangers even on the bus and made a conscious effort to relax, which helped. Made eye contact with well-dressed Asian woman in mid-30s who looked down and had a sort of half-smile. I suppose I may have intimidated her a bit. Should have said hello, but was not enough on the ball _slaps forehead_. I like the women who show a bit of elegance and fashion sense, something very attractive about that. ---

The Paleo diet gets about half of its calories from protein, which means lean meat, plus fresh fruit and vegetables for your vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and other goodies. It’ll be a bit of an adventure, I’m going to try meats I’ve never eaten before, like kangaroo and venison. And I’ll try fruits and veggies I’ve never tried before either. I think the standing up straighter bit comes from more self-respect effect. People with high self-esteem or confidence stand up straight; standing up straight also can affect your confidence. Posture and BL definitely reflects what’s going on in your brain. Mikoto, I’ll try your Big Balls A Plenty mix. Wore my “father’s day” mix with my 6 y.o. daughter today: 2 sprays IG, 4 sprays IS, all on neck/chest area. Seems like a good mix with her, she’s always very at ease when I wear it. Seems to make her want to hold my hand while we are walking, and gave me more hugs than usual which I think is a hit because she’s a boyish little girl, not touchy-feely at all. Saw the movie “Up”. It’s a comedy but there’s a lot of poignant parts in it, so bring the Kleenex if you go to see it. ---

Spent yesterday with my daughter again… this time, no pheros. We still had fun, and she insisted that I sit next to her when we ate, something she hasn’t done before. But she was not as insistent on holding my hand or hugging me as she was while I was wearing pheros. Score a point for IG & Shine. She also told her grandmother that she “likes to see Daddy” which is good. I am determined to have a good relationship with her in spite of my separation from her mother, and pheromones seem like a good tool for that. I think the IG and shine put me in a more open and silly mood too, perfect for interacting with a six-year-old. ---

Spent the day with my daughter again, this time decided to wear [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) (3 sprays, to-go) just to change it up and see what happened (if anything). Nothing obvious, but similar to the IG/shine combo - sticking close to me, wanting to hold my hand etc. I think she is already relaxed and trusting towards me so the IH wouldn’t change that. ---

A314 Tastes Terrible Put on 4 drops A314 today, on wrists. Then, to get improved self-effects, tried to smear it between upper lip and nose. Got some on upper lip. Eccch. I noticed myself standing up straighter than usual, with squared shoulders. Walking tall. Otherwise no “hits”. Then went to an appointment which turned out to have been cancelled but I hadn’t heard about it. Ah, well, it happens 🙂 Didn’t bother me much. I’ve been less active on these forums lately because I’ve been doing research into diet and exercise and started a new diet and exercise program. We shall see how things go… ---

More evidence of the power of IG… I put on 4 sprays of IG this morning, went out down to the bus stop… mother and young daughter (3? 4? years old). Child sat right next to me on the bus stop and made a lot of eye contact. This seems fairly typical response of small child to IG. I usually wear Shine along with the IG, but not today, still had the effect of arresting attention. ---

Wore 4xIS today; possible hit from Asian woman, ?mid-twenties?, in an outdoor area. Warm day, slight breeze. Turned to look at me as I walked to the pedestrian crossing. After I passed and stood at the curb, waiting for the lights to change, I noticed from the corner of my eye she was suddenly standing right next to me. Wasn’t in the moment enough to talk to her, worse luck. Winter Star and Monk both smell good. Winter Star smells a bit “dusty” or “powdery” with a sweetish overtone to it. But good. Light, and sort of “fun”. Monk takes itself more seriously I think and is more mysterious. Winter Star is more [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and Monk is more A314-ish in character. I’d probably wear the Star with a smart casual outfit and Monk when I was dressed to kill. Forgot to mention, wore IS + IG combo again when with daughter last week; she was tired and snuggled against my arm. Good sign I think, if she’s trusting with me in spite of not seeing me often.
