I had a bit of a complicated situation so I had to call in and all I can say is…wow you guys are great! I am completely happy with the way my situation was handled and can guarantee that I will order again. This is my second order which sais alot because I was very, very sceptical about [pheromones](https://a314.com/). It wasn’t until one day that I sprayed IS on and forgot about that I believed it was real. It was a cloudy dark day and I was thinking, wow look at how beautiful everything looks…😮 It was amazing that I was even using the word beautiful at all lol. You would never hear something like this from me. Anyhow thanks for the great customer service and keep rovkin! 😃 ---

You would never hear something like this from me. > > Anyhow thanks for the great customer service and keep rovkin! 😃 I wanted to know if you checked the fedex tracking at all because I’ve been checking it pretty regularly and every time it just says “Shipping Initiated Anticipated ship date Feb 28, 2012” well…It’s the 29th now and it still says that, Just wondering if you noticed fedex tracking was behind Because I recall someone saying something about that but I wasn’t sure beyond that. Not Ready to bother customer service about it for another day though, So I figured I’d ask you. ---

I hope you are having better luck than I am…I am getting really anxious for this order to get here. I found out yesterday that one of the best people and former co-workers I will ever have the honor of knowing passed away, so I need a little something to make me smile.(though I know I will be crying when I have a quiet moment) Thanks AD, you made my day(as always!) ---
