# Thanks Mickaelia and all at AD: customer service way above my UK expectations

Hi all,

I just wanted to thank Mickaelia and all at AD for their amazing customer service. Fast, efficient, professional and all with the personal touch.

Maybe it’s because I’m from the UK and that’s how it is in the US but this level of customer service was way above my expectations.

Very, very impressed 🙂

Yes - even the UK/EU phero sellers can’t manage to beat AD in this.

Not just in phero.. but going by the customer service standards AD keeps… I am sure very few companies would be in their league let alone beat them in customer service..
