I just got off the phone with steveO. what a nice and helpful guy! this was the first chance i’ve ever had to speak with steveO in person and what a treat it was!! i had to call Androtics to resolve a small discrepancy i had with the order that i just recieved and steveO answered. not only did he take care of my order problem; he also gave me some great [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) mix information in a conversation that seem to last forever. very cool!! all this while he is at work with all the business at hand. steveO was as cool and insightful on the phone as he is on the pherotalk forum. . i’ve used Androtics products for one year now and the personal touch from folks like jas[very sweet ,nice ,& helpful and steveO […da bomb] is what makes Androtics such an awesome and special company[not to mention the vast array of kickass products that DO really work.] if a person is trying to decide on the what and where of using peromones my advice unequivocally is for them to call the [smartmones.com](http://smartmones.com) phermone store aka androtics and get started on some life changing products! ---

I second it! I spoke to SteveO other day, I was going to make a custom order of spaceland with neroli scent instead of that herbal scent, because I do not like the herbal smell but love the effects of spaceland. SteveO told me they can do what I want but I would be removing a core component and in essence would not be getting spaceland anymore and wasting my money, not only that it would cost $15 more. If I had not talked to him and if he and Jasmin had not cared about their products and customers I would have been out $60+ ---

You wouldn’t have been out $60.00, because you would still have gotten a bottle of mainly Alpha Androstenol at 50 mcg’s per spray at a great price. ---

That is another way of looking at it I guess, I just would not be getting the product I thought I would be getting if SteveO was not kind enough to tell me upfront what it was I was purchasing. i was just really impressed with SteveO, any other company would not bother to explain and just take the order and not worry if I was happy or not. It shows he goes above and beyond!!! So big thumps up SteveO 🙂 ---

And, lets not forget Jasmin. She sent me an awesome book, for no reason other than she wanted to, and thought I would enjoy it. Then there’s the little love notes and cards that April sends out with every order. And how about MHarris’ and his relentless pursuit of the perfect combo’s for us? Androtics, their staff, and the members of this forum are more like freinds and an extended family, not just another company peddling products to customers! ---

It’s satisfying knowing that the company does what it says. Jasmin has posted replies on how she feels about quality, research and it’s customers and lives up to everything that she says. That’s accountability, responsibility and just being professional. Don’t see it too much these days, although some companies are taking the hint and improving. The fact that they also hire people who believe and feel the same way just shows how picky and detailed they are. It’s better to hire the right person with the right skills than to change a person and try to teach them new skills. Great work ethic guys. ---

The customer service and community feel/spirit here is strong. I do a lot of business work which involves ordering from multiple companies, in multiple markets. I’d rank this forum and androtics in the top 5. Number 1 being rackspace. The forum members are VERY knowledgable and I confused them for staff when I joined first 😛 ---

I agree, I have not talk to Steve or Jas, But they do a awesome job. The shipment was wicked fast. I ordered on a tuesday night and got it on thursday morning. very cool. and the products are amazing. I have been a week without any and can’t wait to get more. Except I have to wait till I get some money first. lol Those togo bottles don;t last very long. Thanks Steve and Jas and others at Androtics. 🙂
