Here’s my story: Got my Ammo, IFM and IS. Started with 2 sprays of Ammo. Seemed to have minuscule effect. Took a shower. I probably couldn’t rub it off entirely. Then used 3 more sprays of Ammo. That was the stupidest thing I have ever made. I already have heart palpitations. It made my heart race. I had lots of skipped beats. I felt extremely nervous and aggressive. I thought I was dying. Some women seemed intimidated by me. I thank God I was alive in the morning.

I also got my Pherlure. I think it works. Never tried close to women, though. But, it has the same effect with that of Ammo. Even 1 spray caused the same symptoms in half an hour. Both have a hellish smell.

[Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) don’t work for me. I will most probably return Pherlure and Ammo. What I am curious of now is that whether IFM or IS have the same ingredients with that of Ammo (androstenone). It kills me. I’m scared of using them now. Any experiences?

i have heard people have self effects before but none as serious as yours. i think it may have triggered an adrenalin rush. have you got any dical conditions like diebities or blood pressure problems or anything like that. i would test it thouroughly before you send it back. because if you put it down to the pheromones and send them off and get a refund u will think u have solved the problem and forget about it. try this again and see if it has the same effects. if it does then yes it is this that triggers it. if not then it could be something serious that u could catch early and the pheromones brought it to your attention, you never know.i think seeing a doctor might be worth while.

on the other note you could try and test all your pheromones to see if it has any side effects. Also the fact that u got an effect of this stuff means that the stuff works and affects people so try a lower dosage and experiment more with pheromones

Instant female magic is mostly Androstadienone. IS is mostly TAA. Both products are often worn by both men and women so you should be good to go.

I think you may want to try more testing with the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), using lesser amounts. It’s not just ‘none’ and it’s got some buffers to make it work in a nice rounded fashion. Since two sprays didn’t have any ill affects, I’d try two sprays throughout the week, gauging the results in different scenarios. Try it at work, at a club, on a date… then you’ll really know if it’s working for you.

Good luck

Thanks for the replies. As I said, I have heart palpitations. Specifically, two kinds of them : SVT (Supraventricular tachicardia) and sometimes PVCs (premature ventricular contractions). I have been seeing docs for 4 years. They said there’s nothing fatal. 20 % of the people frequently have PVCs. But, I am using beta blocker medicines to decrease my blood pressure and heart beat rate. I thought pheros wouldn’t be a huge problem. Doesn’t seem so.

I will sent Pherlure back. I’m still not so sure about Ammo. Though, I’m scared. Where can I find the ingredients (the list of pheromones) contained in these products? Something saying like androsterone, androstenol etc… Like the information sheba provided.

Thanks

The exact formulas are a trade secret. Here is a basic list of ingrediants but keep in mind it may not cover everything that is in each product. If there are certain mones you wish to avoid your best bet is to give steveO a call and discuss it with him. He can at least help you avoid the mones you dont want to use.

what pheromones do is cause the brain to release certain neurotransmitters in your brain, you may have heard of “seratonin” there are others like dopamine and nonepinephrine. these cause emotion and it has hormonal affects aswell. it may have caused an addrenaline rush which speeded the heart rate to a point where it caused a ventricular contraction.

Aside from the potential 'none OD Tisha is right - talk to SteveO first.

If you get your courage back, start out with 1 spray of ammo to the wrists/forearms (away from your face) where you won’t get as heavy a whiff of it.

Better be careful. Just today being friday I sprayed 1 spray of ammo on my stomach. well guess what …my face turned red, all flushed up and I literally had to sit down and get my self together. I have been using for about couple of weeks with different results, and aggressiveness is definitely one of them. I seem to get in to a lot of unnecassary fights using ammo. I had ordered a bottle of pherx back in 04 and that is fine, makes people friendly, but ammo …though it does give a boost of confidence, after todays experience I am scared. By the way I have a murmor in my heart.

Also consider that most [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) users experience initial excitement and self-medication effects. And, most users, see these effects gradually diminish with repeated and regular use. After 4 years of regular use no pheromone fazes me. I don’t feel a dad burn thang, excitement or physical reaction of any sort. Okay, some of fragrances gives me a rash but that’s it.

With all that said, it’s always wise to start with small doses and work up in small increments. Thus, you’ll be better able to manage any self-effects and judge your optimal dose later.

About the heart palpitations thing. There was a recent thread about that very subject.. Many food preservatives and pesticides make my heart race and skip beats. Also brings on a nervous and stage fright like state of mind. The first few times I thought I was going to croak and I eventually went totally organic and fresh in season foods. Funny, this also happens the first time I go out on date with a hot woman, especially the first time we have sex…

Let me make this clear for those not aware. Deimos had a existing heart condition called premature ventricular contraction. The mones did not give him this condition. I believe Gegogi mentioned he has a simular condition but mones do not effect him in the same way.

You were also warned to see your doctor and ask before you tried them to be sure this would not happen. I strongly suggest you do that before using the others. The reason being is both Jasmin and Gegogi told you the mones can cause a slight adrenelin rush and this can very likely set off your condition. Other factors like excitement, caffine ect can do the same thing.

You mention you got the same reaction with Pherlure. This product has very little mones in it. I am thinking your right and mones may not be for you.

I think you can get used to it.
The first phero I tried was [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). It made me weird, in a better mood, feeling strange in a positive way. I didn’t notice anything about my heart…
When having pheros while being with my girlfriend, she told me she felt strange, that she felt discomforted by my perfume.
She hasn’t got used to it because her reactions were too bad. Only A314 is fine with her.

So maybe you could first use smaller amounts to get accustomed, or maybe use oil-based pheros ?

It’s speculated and by not possibly proven then your body’s health is related to your own pheromone output.

If because of your heart you don’t produce large quantities of -none, and then you dose yourself, it may shock your system.

Many people experience some sort of shock to their systems initially when using pheromones. Most count this as pleasant, but some because nauseous, anxious, with A-1 even depressed, and with -none very aggressive behavior.

Thy sniffing the open bottle a couple times a day for a week before you apply another dose. This should adjust your system to be able to wear the product without ill affects. It’s just getting used to it.

With your heart condition be very careful, and if you notice any more negative effects like before from just sniffing the bottle, then I’d send it back. There is a satisfaction guarantee.

Check with your doctor though (like was already recommended)
That’s my theory

Tisha and Greena,
You might be right. My heart palpitations started 4 years ago and what I have experienced with ammo OD is (now I remember) panic attack. It hasn’t been happening for long time. But, I did some research online and now and I remember I had them some time ago.

It feels like a flood of pain (probably a lot of adrenaline) is being secreted from your stomach and then pervades through your chest and arms. You feel like you are having a heart attack (but you are not, otherwise I’d be dead by now) and extreme fear happens. This disorder is seen in 2-3 percent of the population. Don’t take it amiss though. I don’t wanna scare anybody. I have an overly-sensitive body and psychology. But, if you sometimes have an unbalanced mood and do not feel healthy (normal) enough, beware of pheros. That’s my two cents. If you desperately use them, they might make things worse. If you just wanna elevate what you already have, that is the right approach. Not everything works for everybody.

And, I think I was already producing enough pheros when I feel good about myself. I am not ugly. But, I am not attractive at all. But, strange enough I remember having numerous DIHL’s for apparently no reason at all (I just realized them much later on), some of them being from attractive women. I believe, there’s already something in everybody. Just keep your mood elevated, and I think that’s what pheromones do.

Thanks

deimos,
Are you currently taking any anti depressants? I can’t guarantee that needing medications to control the reuptake of neurotransmitters has anything to do with pheromone use as I am nowhere close to being an expert, but if you do take them, they could be a consideration. Do you have bad reactions to any stimulants ie. diet pills, caffeine etc? -that’s just for my own curiosity.

[queixada](https://pheromonetalk.com/u/queixada),
I’m not using any anti-depressants now. I am using a beta-blocker (atenolol).

But, I used anti-depressants (paxil) and worse yet anti-psychotics (zyprexa) in the past. Unfortunately, they have tremendous side effects. Luckily, I was able to quit them. But, I sometimes feel like I need them. Check out the names of the medicines in wikipedia for further information.

I have allergies to penicillin and antibiotics. And nothing else I am aware of.

Cheers

I am not so sure checking with a doctor is going to help much in this case unless the doctor has some experience with pheromones and probably suffers from a similar condition which led him/her to develop a better understanding. I doubt any of the doctors had any professional training with the effects of pheromones and if they would even believe the patients account. They will probably chalk it up to some other input in user’s surroundings, making matters worse. I think the user of pheromones him/herself is the best judge.

If you think you are at risk, remember that you are being exposed to pheromones all the time, produced by humans and animals. The [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) that you buy contain exactly the same thing (although produced artificially and containing higher concentrations than emitted naturally by humans ).

So the safest way is to try much lower than recommended dosage. For example try a drop far away from the nose, give it a cautious whiff test, pay attention to how you feel, if any problems, wash it off. That’s it! If any problems happened at the lowest dosage you can then return the product (although there is a high chance that you would have acclimated to the effects later on, but why risk a medical condition).

There might be some product and dosage which might be more agreeable to you. Afterall you are producing pheromones too and sniffing it yourself all day and night without any medical complications. So I suggest you keep at it, benefits of using pheromones are aplenty, although not worth risking your health, but with careful experimentation you can find something which will give you all that you want with less of what you don’t want. Good luck!🙂

I agree with nbully’s first paragraph (and the rest of his great post, btw) and feel compelled to point out that many too many MDs - including decorated endocrinologists and other highly-regarded specialists - seem to be clueless about topical pheromones and how they interact - or don’t, as the case may be - with one’s own unique biological makeup.

Unless you happened to step in shit and your doctor is a true anomaly, asking him whether or not you should use a _[pheromone spray](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/)_ (to increase your sex appeal) would be roughly akin to asking him whether you should do meth (because it makes you more “fun to be with”). In either case, he’s a) not going to understand your motivation for wanting to “use” and b) will most likely tell you not to do it to cover his ass. But you’re not going to get any thoughtful/knowledgable feedback on the details of the what-can-happens, the hows, and the whys - most likely because he won’t know.

Your forgeting one inportant point. These are chemicals used to mimic natural pheromones. They are not the exact same thing as natural pheromones that would be just gross.

_Nbully made me realise I was unclear on this so I editted to add that the difference is that there other chemicals along with the pheromones in the mixes such as the carrier ect… So the molocule is the same its just not derived in the same way. Thank you (((((NB))))_

He dosnt have to mention pheromones just find out if chemicals are more dangorous for his condition if inhaled in normal amounts. These are [synthetic pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). Jesus if natural pheromones did it to him he would be screwed. Also if they tell him the kinds of things that can trigger his condition then he can make a more educated guess as to what the synthetics will do to him.

He should also ask about the adrenaline rush and if that can trigger it. We are not doctors here on the forum or at Androtics. I would rather he risk asking the doctor then risk something happening to him because we told him something we are unsure of.

Until he asks the doctor, my suggestion would be to not use pheromones.
