Deep thanks to everybody discussing my problem and suggesting solutions. I felt like the beloved child of the house 🙂

News… I used one spray of IS today. I had some very mild ill affects, not gross. I was OK.

Tisha, you are absolutely right about going to doctor! But, I should know the exact ingredients of these products. You said they were not publicly available.

They are not publically available. I told you to call the office I believe. 😉

> About the heart palpitations thing. There was a recent thread about that very subject.. Many food preservatives and pesticides make my heart race and skip beats. Also brings on a nervous and stage fright like state of mind. The first few times I thought I was going to croak and I eventually went totally organic and fresh in season foods. Funny, this also happens the first time I go out on date with a hot woman, especially the first time we have sex…

'Chinese Food Syndrome" is a good example of what can happen to people who are exposed to MSG. I’ve had this reaction to it more than once. One night, a number of years ago, at a chinese restaurant I specifically asked for no ADDED MSG (cause it’s already in alot of asian ingredients, but they add MORE when preparing the dishes). I KNOW I’m sensitive to it, so I’m really careful about it. There was a lot of confusion there that night and I must’ve been over heard saying something about it to my hubs…and whoever heard me didn’t like it, because we got dosed!
Wolf got a headache from it, but nothing like my reaction.
Then it happened, again, a few years later. I went to pick up chinese take-out…same request, no added MSG…this time was worse than the last…it was so bad Wolf was gonna take me to the emergency room!
Needless to say, I’m now uber cautious and have found a couple of ‘safe’ places to enjoy chinese food.

And deimos, what nbully and Holmes said about doctors is true.
But, if by some miracle, you should find a doctor…anywhere…who is even somewhat knowlegable about this subject and is willing to seriously address it…please let us know.
Perhaps the venerable jvkohl can shed some light on this for all of us?

Follow the advice of the very intelligent and experienced users on this forum…they know what they’re talking about and will never steer you wrong. 🙂
I wish you the best of luck figuring this out…we all do.

Tisha, as far as I know there is no difference between, say for eaxmple naturally produced androstenone and artificially produced androstenone. I think the Androstenone that we produce and that is found in bottle are both the same molecule 5α-androst-16-en-4-one, unless we talk about different chirality of the molecule (who knows if the opposite chirality is even active pheromonally). Please correct me if I am wrong either here or through PM. Thanks!

No there is no difference in the natural molocule and the artificially produced one expect the way they are produced and in this case presented. I was referring as to how natural and [artificial pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) are made (My bad should be more clear). Plus he is not using the chem-set pheromones but the mixes which have other chemicals in them, which is why in this post…

> Hi there, I’m a newbie and my order is coming soon (tomorrow, I suppose). I have read that androstenone, which must be an ingredient of ammunition might cause problems with heart especially for people already having palpitations and heart beat skips? (Have you heard of PVC, premature ventricular contraction. I have them frequently). Anyone who had this sort of side effect? Or any other nasty things… Thanks

I suggested he just ask the doctor about inhaling colognes or chemicals in everyday normal amounts. He dosnt need to mention mones because those are not in question really. If anone would set him off the guy down at the gym could give him palputations.

He then started this second post which sort of confused things a bit since some of the other info was not present here.

I really doubt that the [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) are causing your palpitations. I too have had a few minor problems with arrhythmias and blood pressure and I take beta blockers daily. No problems so far, and I don’t expect any.

I know what CAN cause heart palpitations.. panic attacks. Lots of things can cause panic attacks, including worry and anticipation about using pheromones in the first place. Judging from the title of the thread, it seems you were worried about symptoms even before using the products. Panic attacks are very capable of producing the other physical symptoms that you are describing.

[tboneksu](https://pheromonetalk.com/u/tboneksu),
You might be right too 🙂 Because, the cause of panic attacks and palpitations are mainly psychological, and that I expected to have some ill affects from the pheromones, this attitude might have triggered the attacks. But, I have heard of people being aggressive and say driving fast etc. when they overdose none. They also happened to me. But, due to my sensitive body, I also had the ill affects on my heart.

By the way, let me say that (I just remembered now), last summer in July, when I was in NYC subway, I had serious palpitations too. Have you ever been in NYC subway in summer. Extremely hot, humid, and a horrible smell… Lots of armpit sweat? I was particularly distressed with the smell of ammo. I dunno. Things seem still vague to me now, but I have some idea about what’s going on.

This is probably the fight or flight response that kicks on in your brain. I was just watching something about this on the medical channel the other day. The subway could have made you uncomfortable and may have triggered the fight or flight response sending adrenaline though your body and causing the palputations. Subways can be a stressful place.

How about caffiene, do you have a problem with that. I know they mentioned that on the show as well that it can actually trigger adrenaline as well as up the metabolism.

Yes, I do have a problem with caffeine. But, thank God I don’t drink coffee and I am not used to it unlike Americans 🙂 Tea is far more enjoyable.

Both green and black tea have plenty of caffeine, albeit less than coffee. Only the true “herbal” teas like pure mint leaves are caffeine-free.

Outside of Starbucks, I don’t see too many Americans drink a lot of coffee. Most are addicted to soft drinks like Coke and 7-11 Big Gulp. That sh!t will rot your teeth, eat the lining off your stomach and make ya fat as a house. And it’s loaded with caffeine. The high fructose corn syrup is of the devil…

News…News…

I might be getting used to ammo. A couple of days ago, I used two sprays of it. No ill affects. Nothing significant happened though.

Today, I used 2 sprays of IS to the left wrist, and two sprays of ammo to the right. Here’s what happened half an hour ago:

In the university cafeteria, I got an IOI. The cute blond girl talking to other 5 guys around the table was constantly trying to find a chance to turn her head towards me and look. She even stood up and went to the restroom (might be an excuse) and walked through the way which is closer to my table, although there was a shorter way. I am generally pessimistic in evaluating IOI’s. This was definitely an IOI. Very strange indeed, very strange! I have lost a lot of weight in the past two weeks due to my palpitations and loss of appetite. I don’t even have a decent look.

More… I got really weird, disturbing, hostile gazes from males. After all these, I got a little bit excited and had some palpitations, too. Most probably psychological. And not as serious as the last ones.

Yeah, that’s it.

They are probably not as hostile as your imagining. It would take a hell of alot more then 2 sprays in most cases to make someone hostile. Its more likely that your status has been upped and they cant figure out why. The compitition just got a little thicker and while they sense its you they are confused by it. So when they gaze at you keep that in mind and take some deep breaths so you dont get worked up and get palputations from anxiety.
