My eagerly-awaited order came last Saturday, and I started out with MX174 for a few days. This was my first experience with wearing pheromones, so I wasn’t sure what to look for. I’m generally a pretty upbeat person, so the days that I used the MX174 saw me happy and energetic with the exception of one day, which was yesterday. Events at work might have preciptiated the low mood that I found myself in at the end of the day, but I also used more of the MX174, so I don’t know whether to attribute the mood to the pheromones. I used three sprays of the MX174 each day except for yesterday – wrists, inner elbows, and front of neck. Yesterday, I used four sprays, adding a spray to the back of my neck. It was the kind of mood that sent me to bed very early in hopes of sleeping it off. This morning, I woke up with the same cloud over my head. I decided to take a different path with the pheromones, after reading so much on this forum about the results some of you ladies are getting. Instead of the MX174, I used the following: 2 drops Essence of Woman, one on each shoulder 3 sprays Instant Sexiness (Mix A), forearms, front of neck, back of neck 3 sprays [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), one on each side of my neck, back of neck 3 sprays TAH, front of neck, hair, one forearm (rubbed against the other forearm) Pink Sugar as a cover scent (LOVE this stuff!) Within minutes, my mood lightened. Everything seemed brighter, and by the time I got to work, I felt like a force to be reckoned with. Conditions at work were much the same as those that I faced yesterday – lots of stress and chaos – with the exception of one thing. The guy that I have worked with for the past few months, and with whom I’ve developed an attraction, was very attentive today. Lots of direct and held eye contact, and every time I needed to hand him something, he’d take my hand in both of his and hold it for a few moments. We don’t work together for extended periods of time (he moves in and out of the area that I work in), so I made sure early in the day to get close enough to him to give him a good whiff of the pheromones. I don’t think I was around him long enough for the Instant Honesty to have much effect (both of us are too busy at work to stand and talk much), but the woman that I worked with for most of the day opened up and told me quite a bit about herself, and there was definitely a “best friend” vibe to it. Now with the guy – shall I call him my “target”? – there’s already a friendship connection growing. We have spent time together outside work and have had some bonding-type conversations. I’d like to see that continue and grow into more. I will definitely use this mix the next time we’re together outside work – and with the kind of confidence I felt today, I’ll no doubt continue to wear it to work as well! ---

With me, I have found that _ **two** _ sprays of the [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) is ‘just right’, and three sprays is too much. I start to feel ‘off kilter’ with three sprays. One to the face, and one to the throat does the trick. ---

I don’t attribute the entire mood to the 'mones, though, since it was a rough day at work. By the end of the day, however, it was almost like I’d lost my last friend, and all I could think to do was sleep. This isn’t common for me. By the way, Ilsa, I love the Jung quote in your signature. If I were you, I’d exchange it for [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or something similar. Maybe the Liquid Sunshine test series. ---

That is strange, for IFM to sometimes be causing the opposite of the intended effect on women. My limited experience with it is no effect on women I met while using it, and no down effect on me, eg, no bad effect. But maybe worth mentioning, I’ve heard Bnol causing ‘emotional’ effect on some people, which depending on the situation, can lead to bad mood. For myself though, Bnol or IH have been always positive experience on others and myself. ---

Maybe it depends on which version it is, since there is one for each gender now. I don’t have either of them, and the female one is NOT something I require, as I don’t need something to relieve tension. A nice glass of Montepulcciano D’Abruzzo takes care of that for me - oh, and a nice cuddle. 🙂 Ail 🙂 ---

I’m off work today, so I went back to the MX174 at three sprays to give it another try. I didn’t notice the marked mood lifting like I got with the mix that I wore yesterday (Essence of Woman, Instant Sexiness, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), and TAH), but I do think the people around me while I was out running errands were especially friendly and chatty. It also seemed as though anything someone said to me made me laugh. The chocolatini scent of the MX174 is very nice, and it mixes well with the Pink Sugar fragrance that I 've come to love love love. It’s a toss-up between the chocolatini and neroli scents, though, as to which I like better. Tomorrow, I’ll go back to the mix that I wore yesterday, since I’m going to be around TargetGuy and want to see how he reacts again. Over the weekend, I’ll give MX175 a try and see if I can detect any differences between it and MX174. Has anyone else tried the two yet? ---

I have tried MX174 once and I have gotten the nearly the same results as I do with MX108(Drive Him Crazy Part 3). My fiance was trying to pull my clothes off a short time after coming home from work. It was almost obnoxious as I had other things to do.🙄 ---

Actually [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) for men is exactly the same formula as for the women. You will become used to the effects of Instant Openness after a while. Just try not to spill your guts too much in the meantime. ---

Another day with the mix (Essence of Woman, Instant Sexiness, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), and TAH) with interesting results. I spent my time at work doing an independent task away from the group, but TargetGuy was just as attentive as the other day, and several other of the men who work in my area came around to where I was just to stand and chat. That alone was unusual, as I tend to experience my male coworkers saying hello to me and walking on. TargetGuy is the one that I WANT to affect with the pheromones, but the extra attention was nice, too! ---

Muse, I know what you mean about the lack of patience. I want my TargetGuy, and I want him bad! But things have to go at their pace. This guy hit me like a ton of bricks (lately I’ve been wondering whether HE uses [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) himself, because I have never in my life been so drawn to anybody 😮 ) and brought me out of a long – YEARS long – period of thinking I was happy with not wanting anyone in my life. It all started one day when he came up behind me and put his hands on my shoulders and kept them there for several moments. This was a change in his behavior toward me, and it made me **very** aware of him. I started watching him to try to get some sense of him (before this happened, I was pretty oblivious to him), and the more I got to know about him, the stronger the attraction got. I’ve learned how to flirt (something I’ve never been good at and tend not to try to do unless I’m interested in a guy) and have also become more confident and less reserved. He’s either showing me IOIs of his own or playing with my head. So I’m hitting him with a pheromone cloud whenever I can. Here’s to all of us ladies and our targets! Hmmm.. Not sure how I missed this, but Pherobeliever (and any other ladies new to the pheromone world), I am going to give you a HUGE piece of advice here, which I think the majority of the regular lady posters will agree with: I would NOT EVER use EW in a work environment, and I have been using it for years! I seriously NEVER use EW unless I really want very prominent sexual hits. It’s not a mild animal, and it means business. It really is a beast. To me, it’s really best kept for when you are one-to-one with a guy - seriously. It’s just not something to incorporate into work-based mixes, although it takes things to the NEXT level of animalistic, when used in sexual mixes and that cannot be argued with. It really does have the “Men-ripping-your-clothes-off” and sex getting VERY heavy and almost aggressive at times, effect. If you wear EW or any strong copulin-based product, you (scientifically-proven) raise a male’s testosterone level by approx. 130% within 20 minutes of him encountering you. That is a seriously heavy statement for your body to be making in a work setting, and if it were me, this would be a no-no. Just something you might want to think about, but if you believe you CAN handle the messages you are sending out - go for it. I’m a very strong, self-confident woman, as are many of the ladies here, and I honestly would never wear EW, unless it is purely for sexual goals. I can’t stress that enough. Two drops neat to someone new to using pheromones - especially copulins, is a heck of a lot. My EW stays at home where I can play with it (and “The Man”) to my heart’s content, and it works brilliantly in tandem with TAH AND ISexi/W as you can read many times over here in the women’s forum - but it basically IS a total sexual BOMB, and so you would honestly have to think really carefully about wearing it to work - ESPECIALLY neat! I’ve even posted here a few times how I will never even wear EW out Clubbing now, unless I am with “The Man” as the attention it garners is just too much, and is NOT something I want or need. For work I would use IS, IO X2, a couple of sprays of TAF 5 mcg, and MAYBE some ISexi/W Mix A - one spray possibly, as I am a Uni Head Of Department, and I really don’t want to promote anything sexual in my work environment. We want people to succeed in their pheromonal goals, but I honestly see a woman wearing EW, as sending out a VERY full-on message as to her intentions, and maybe for some ladies that would be okay for work, but for me, it certainly would not.
