Hey gang,

Lately as I have been testing out certain [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) I started to pay more attention to types of girls I was attracting. Not only in terms of physical beauty scale (HB1-10), but rather, girl types. So here are a few interesting “archetyles” or “Models” of women we desire. Am I missing anything? Also, what is the reason that these women tend to stand out? Are there certain pheromones that work better at attracting a certain type of girl?

I am still trying to figure it out and thought we can consolidate our knowledge on this. Here goes:

1. (The very pretty bur normal looking) Girl next door
Celebrity analogy: Elisha Cuthbert
Why we like her: She’s close yet unattainable all at once. She’s pretty, but she is also very common to you: you hang with her and see everyday, and yet somewhere inside her glimpse at you, you see a girl with the potential to change the world.
How to attract her: make her think of you as more than a friend

2. The hot latin salsa/spanish fox
Celebrity analogy: Rosalyn Sanchez
Why we like her: Sultry, full of fire and sassy and great in bed.
How to attract her: Devote some time to learning her culture: salsa class, spanish lessons, and pass her shit tests. Great dance moves are a must.

3. The dumb laguna beach rich blonde chick
Celebrity analogy: Kristen and Jessica on Laguna Beach
Why we like her: We love hating her and watching her crash daddy’s mercedes in a her rich little life. Looking beneath the surface, we see a girl who’s misunderstood, bored with life and looking for something more. Plus being her boyfriend beings access to her daddy’s country club.
How to attract her: I haven’t figured out this one yet

4. The badass goth rocker chick
Celebrity analogy: Avril Lavign
Why we like her: She’s pretty, but she’s got a very unique style. She won’t take your shit and she’s very strong on the outside. Getting to know her and breaking her bitch shield to the point where she’s exposing her vulnerabilities to you is an awesome feeling.
How to attract her: Pay tribute to goth culture, understand/share her sense of style. Get at the reason why a girl turned more gothic/rocker with a hard exterior, when you understand the reason you can try to figure out a way to add value to her vulnerabilities/life goals.

5. The hippie/artistic spiritual/yoga instructor
Celebrity analogy: Diane Keaton in Annie Hall / Jenny in Forest Gump
Why we like her: Disturbed yet full of life, this girl appreciates all that is both worldly (politices, peace) and unworldly (spirituality, pot smoking and kinky sex).
How to attract her: Have a sincere appreciation for her artistic side, but also joke and make fun of it due to her disconnect with the real important things in this world. Position yourself as someone who can appreciate her spiritual side and also act as conduit to even newer learnings and insights in life, sex or the beyond.

6. The shy outside and crazy in the bedroom hot Asian girl
Celebrity analogy: Lucy Liu
Why we like her: Mysterious and fiesty.
How to attract her: Be forward, appreciate her Asian culture (i.e. don’t mistake her as Chinese when she’s Indonesian). Accentuate the areas of life you can teach her about outside of her culture.

7. The high class european HB
Celebrity analogy: Sienna Miller
Why we like her: Sultry, mysterious and classy all at once.
How to attract her: I haven’t figured this out yet.

8. The drug using, fucked up but still hot hippie girl
Celebrity analogy: Courtney Love
Why we like her: We feel like we can repair her damaged character and “save her” and get laid while doing so.
How to attract her: Provide a sense of stability in her chaotic life.

9. The innocent, naive but full of life idealist girl
Celebrity analogy:Anne Hathaway; Charlotte in Sex and the City
Why we like her: She reminds us of the innocent days of childhood and makes you wonder how that innocence plays out when she’s naked.
How to attract her: Play the character of her idealistic man.

10. MILF
Celebrity analogy: Diane Lane
Why we like her: Mother figure, able to take care of us but still smoking hot; this kind of woman makes you revisit your Oedipus complex issues.
How to attract her: Haven’t figured this out yet.

11. California surfer girl
Celebrity analogy: Marissa Miller
Why we like her: Badass, into sports and adventurous, this girl is like one of the guys in attitude in the disguise of a devil’s body.
How to attract her: Haven’t figured this one out yet.

12. Super Model
Celebrity analogy: Adriana Lima
Why we like her: … no explanations required.
How to attract her: don’t treat her like a supermodel.

Thanks it was fun to write as well.

Good question. I don’t have a direct answer yet.

I am still in the process of testing pheromones out as I am relatively new pheromone user. What I have been experiencing is that certain smells affect the process of attraction. So in PUA lingo if you break it down by MM from Attraction –\> Comfort–\> Seduction I suppose more open and come talk to me pheromones work better as a opener. With a girl on Day 2 or later in the game, a more sexual pheromone may work (I have had girls jump me after seeing me flash game other girls but I wasn’t sure if it was the pheromone or my game working).

What is true is for these different types of girls is that you have to spend some time learning about her world. Not to be like her, but to at least commit to learning or getting into venues that she may hangout in. For example, goth girls may occasionally show up at trendy bars but they are much more likely to show up in niche themed clubs. If you want to game a HB latina in a club you probably need your dance moves at least beyond beginner level, etc. A simple “Common es tas”, is a great opener for a spanish girl (check spelling).

Lately I have been reading another mPUA’s writings. He notes some very interesting things. Badboy: To lay a girl, you must make her feel the following emotions in order: Comfort (she has to be comfortable around you), Attraction (she feels comfortable and sees you as having attractive straights), Trust (she must trust you to a certain degree, this can be achieved by leading her to a different location), Kino escalation (she must be comfortable to your touch: establish this early on and escalate), and Emotional connection. Oh and a place where she feels comfortable getting naked. That’s 6. 🙂 So if you follow this theory of thought I wonder if something like this would work : [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), Ammunition, Turn up the Heat, the Honesty one (I forgot the name).

The problem is usually these things are observed in the same night. As it should when the game is played right; As another user correctly noted, there so far isn’t one “plug and play” pheromone that acts like a PSP. (Ready to go, just turn it on and run with it)

So I don’t have any insights on what pheromones to use to attract certain types of girls. I do believe that the attraction process works the same way in all women of all types, but that getting into her “world” or her “head” requires some research, commitment and cultural sassiness. (Even Bi girls. I hold my reservations for pure lesbians)

Right now I am trying to get with my goth chick (punk- lite version) so I am wearing more rings and dying my hair and coloring my nails black. 😛 If I was in the marina (SF) I would usually wear a loose tie with cool jeans and a shirt (think Seth Cohen (OC) meets (GQ) so it all really depends. Though, if you think about guy “archetypes”, the “rocker” and “GQ” looks are the most versatile as well so I am not losing out by creating a niche in these girl markets.

I think there is a lot of potential here as us aPUAs understand the process of attraction I only wish that more of us would test it out and draw parallels of how one of our strongest senses, “smell”, relates to attraction and game. So more to come as I continue learning 😉

well, i think whats missing here is that any gal that sleeps with you after knowing you for less than 24 hours was going to sleep with you despite all that work. (and probably quite drunk.)
any gal that sleeps with you after getting to know you a bit ,given a few weeks, has a 50-50 chance of seeing through the fakeness and leaving, the other 50% is going to hate you with a passion for being fake in the first place but then again what do players care how many people hate them?🙂
its a rare one that can be who they are ,no apologies.:o _sigh_
i know, i know, im not critisizing getting some, just the unnaturalness of it…:o

😮

I used to think like that too Lor so I totally get where you are coming from.

There’s nothing wrong with a girl falling for a guy on the first day and who says you have to be fake? Society imposes these rules on the women when in fact they are being natural: what is more natural than sex? Who says it has to be serious? What, a girl can’t find a physically satisfying lay just because of what society thinks about her?

7 hours is the usual time it takes to raise buying temperaure and build enough comfort and trust for sex. If sooner, there may be regrets. However, women tend to follow their emotions more (how they feel at the moment) and then try to rationalize it later. So it is only fair that we assure her that we will not think any less of her the next day. I love women, all kinds of women, and I make no judgements about their decisions to be themselves.

I think Lor was talking about the change of fashion and style. As in, painting fingernails black simply for the girl.

There is nothing wrong with the goth/rocker/GQ/Mod/prep look, if that is what you identify with, but at the same if it’s not really who you are… that’s the unnaturalness that I believe Lor mentioned. I could be wrong, though.

And no, no one should judge women for their promiscuity. I’ve always hated that double standard – women must stay virgins or be monogamous to keep their reputation (I firmly believe in fidelity, btw), and yet men are not considered men without having “had” many women (even a lot of women have this view). It’s a terrible circle.

I wonder what underlying reality/drive is there for this: “a lot of women have this view”; and unless someone is a braggart or has a reputation, how do that a man has been with many woman? Could this be described as “physical confidence”?

---

<div class="post-metadata">

Hmm… physical confidence I don’t think is quite right. Because a man can have physical confidence and still be a virgin. I am friends with a guy right now who is like this, and he rocks my world. 😃

I think there is a very primitive thing going on here:

1. Promiscuity for men is shown that he is desirable and virile, and his seed is spread about. His legacy will continue. If a man is still a virgin, it is automatically assumed that he is incapable of continuing his legacy, that there is something wrong with him (erroneous I say!)

2. Fidelity from a woman guarantees that if she gets pregnant, that baby is that man’s (going back to legacy). Virginity is the same thing – also there seems to be a very strong attraction to claiming what was never touched before. And for so many centuries, virginity was the only thing a woman could truly own. 😠

This isn’t concrete, just my theory from reading scandalous history and smutty romance novels as a young girl, and talking to women and men over the years.

I think reputation and bragging is a HUGE deal. All those romantic novels about rakes in Georgian and Regency England – Byron was a WELL known lover. CASANOVA for crying out loud! Bad boys hold such an appeal (though not for me, personally).

There has been a very popular fantasy about “reforming the bad boy” for about oh… the beginning of time. Yes, he’s been with many women, he is obviously hot stuff, but now he’s all mine, and he isn’t going anywhere… that kind of a thing.

But a man who is quiet about his past lovers, but exudes confidence, is completely open and honest with the women he is with, and respects them, is another man altogether 😉

And I personally don’t understand the women who respect men who have had quite a few lovers, but in turn start trash talking other women who are like that. And believe me, I’ve had conversations about this with a lot of women.

Sorry, Alpha\_wolf, for going so far away from your archetypes. But I suppose you could argue that those two are the originals.

I don’t think we’re wandering far from AW’s archetypes.

I’m interested not so much in the archetypes themselves, but how someone _senses_ that they are dealing with a particular _type_. So much of what happens in the initial attraction phase is microsliced high bandwidth communication (body language, movement, tonality…) and filtered by the unconscious that slowing the process down to get to the underlying modalities could get to the point of mixing a [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) symphony that could mimic the “discovery” that you are dealing with a particular archetype. For example, by altering the ratios of TAL/TAH in a feminine mix you can project different personality aura. Being congruent with this, if you used a ratio that didn’t match your personality, would be a challenge. If you wanted to do it long term.

(I love smutty romance novels; you learn a lot about women by reading them if you pay attention. 😃)

Your statement: “But a man who is quiet about his past lovers, but exudes confidence, is completely open and honest with the women he is with, and respects them, is another man altogether” and is almost a direct quote from one of them of the kind of man that they are interested in. That “archetype” would be the most useful to teach men to model if they wanted to attract and hang with successful, attractive women in my age range.

The phero signature would be worth a fortune if out here you could create it. A314 with some modifiers seems to come close. 🆒

I’ll assume you’re rested now -

If you read books written by women for women, like romance novels and books by Nancy Friday (My Secret Garden, Women on Top) you can get a basis for understanding how a woman’s fantasy world is different from a man’s.

What have I learned? Well…

Sensory experiences, setting, timelines of “moments to savor”, and small moves to set expectations are some of the building blocks a man can use to create the kind of fantasy world that you can use to lead a woman into a continual fantasy state. Leading, being dominant without being domineering, and letting a woman’s imagination run with it is important. You’ve got to really love women for how they feel and live to be able to keep this up. A man can set aside what he is looking for, and by supplying fantasy into a woman’s life get all of his fantasies fulfilled. But I’ll keep this G rated or Jasmin may send me a PM. 😛 This is just a framework, you need certain other skills (attraction, rapport building, etc.) that you will use within the framework.

While leading, create and maintain a certain level of “unknown” and tie it into sexual tension. For example, you can open a “plot” by approaching her where you cannot take a suggestion to it’s conclusion. Like a sexual innuendo, well placed while you are in a public place and then “dropped” because it’s “not the right time or place” and do it with subtlety. She might be at work, around friends, or on her way to class. 🙂

Tension can be created by having to push against a barrier (real or imagined) without resolution. Let her imagination work with it. Conclude it later in such a way as to leave her with an incredible internal smile and a good feeling about it, but still wanting something more. In this example I am assuming someone you are already either intrigued or involved at some level. It doesn’t have to always end in sex, but keeping sensuality or its lusty partner sexuality _implied_ as part of the interaction will keep things from slipping into the “friend zone”. It will also keep you in the back of her mind while she interacts with other men during the times you are apart.

It could be modeled as a kind of experiential tantra. Push it, engage the mind and senses, slow down a bit, connect emotionally, restart physical escalation, amplify some more… back off a bit… connect emotionally again, re-engage. In an NLP/hypnosis perspective this would be called fractionating and will continue to ramp up the intensity.

In a relationship you can keep this up indefinitely. It keeps things hot because the “romance novel” experience never ends. You know any woman who wakes up in the morning thinking, “I don’t want to be swept off my feet today”? If you create a fantasy novel for your lover to live in _while_ she can live out what ever else she needs to do she will be very happy to be with you. 😉

I could probably write quite a bit about using this “romance novel” approach in managing the passion in a relationship, but I don’t want to hijack this thread. Also, I need to get some sleep.

I’m with you Lor, as I have said so many times before.

i cannot stand people who pretend to be something they are not, just to get somewhere with a guy or girl.

Be yourself. I can see through men AND women who pull that type of gumff within approx. 45 seconds of first meeting them, and I have never yet failed to be dead-on,

If you have no interest in the goth lifestyle or something similar, why the hell pretend that you DO, just to get with someone? That’s just insane, and in my book anyone who pulls that kind of rubbish has fallen at the first fence.

Thank the Gods us Scots are so bloody upfront. Even the shyest people here have BS detectors that operate from 100 feet away.

Ail 🙂

Lor - You’re not weird at all. I completely agree with this. It is about enhancing who you are to begin with. As Carson of the Fab Five says, “It’s not changing you, it’s making you better!”

And Ail – I wish I had your BS meter. I usually take people at their word until I actually start thinking about it later on. Remnants of being the most gullible girl in the world a few years back. Still in the top 1000, but no longer the first. Maybe I should move to Scotland for a while!

And TaoistBiker – I agree on the tension most whole-heartedly – at the same time, I’m sorry we play games to do it. There has to be other ways, but I don’t deny that it works.

And romance novels are CRIMINALS at destroying tension. Sex by page 72, but then you need to create more tension by other means. I have yet to find a novel where there is electric sexual tension all the way through until the very end – there’s either none at all (Georgette Heyer - by far the best author I have read of the genre, and they don’t do anything more than kiss at the end), or it fizzles out so fast and they have to have “hate sex” or that god-awful “I’ll rape you and you’ll like it!” 😠

Now emotional tension is ENTIRELY different – but you can’t read smutty romance novels for that. Jane Austen to me was a master at it. Oh, Mr. Darcy…

Guess I’ll just have to write my own, someday. 😉

Actually, now that I think of it – Georgette Heyer writes the perfect archetypes of men. You get the dominating alpha who still respects those around him, but then you also have the very jovial mischievous men (my favorite), and the caring, helpful ones. I must admit, I’ve sighed over many a Heyer man.

There are other ways, but you have to have passion with the romance for romantic “movie moments” to work or it can come off as “cheesy” to some people.

Is it a game if your partner knows you are doing it and enjoying it? Maybe, I suppose - but that’s why I used the “tantra” reference. Is tantra a “game”? Or a way of intensifying the experience through sensory stacking? Foreplay? How about high dosages of cops? Games?

Just food for thought. If these are games, then let them begin - and I am not sorry that we play them. They keep passion alive… and I will play them authentically without wrapping them in any BS. 🆒

“Part-playing”, as I referred to in my last post, and “Seduction” are two different things. I think you meant the latter with your ‘play’ references.

Seduction includes many things, hard to define, authentic, and personal. Personal means it is exactly the person himself/herself, their attributes, or ‘magic’, that is in play.

Many can see how it is different from part-play and games, whatever the name of the month may be.

Ah I see Lor. My bad. I don’t think you’re wierd, it is natural to feel strange when someone pretends to be something or someone they are not, especially when they are not congruent in their character and behavior. So I am guessing you must be thinking, “what’s up with the AW guy he must be a wanna be goth guy who’s trying to get laid” 🙂

I don’t feel like I need to defend myself, but let me explain the rationale behind moving toward a more gothic/rock look for me personally, and then the role of playing characters in life and in pickup. Because I think there’s a positive element to this that we are all missing here.

So for me personally, I am 23. To some degree I know who I am, but also to some degree, I feel like this is a time frame whereby I can alter and change my personality and explore different things before my characteristics become too ingrained and rigid. I spent the majority of my college years studying business. As a result I got a pretty high profile job near NYC when I graduated, and I worked a lot. I quit a year into it because I just didn’t get what I was doing working all the time. I felt like I missed out on life. So that’s how this whole journey began for me.

Now, the part of exploring different achetypes: I see this as a learning experience. 12 months ago, I was taking surfing and salsa lessons. I wasn’t particularly good at surfing, but nowadays I can show a girl a few basic salsa moves at a party. Then there came a phase where I explored the whole gothic and punk rock scene. I actually am now a big fan of alt. music bands like 30 seconds to mars and my chemical romance. I didn’t even know about them prior to this experience. I can still surf and I will occasionally goto a salsa club just to hang out. In practicing these different areas of life, part of the process became ingrained in me. Also, as a result, I have made friends as well as met girls who I had dated in these social circles. Obviously, when I first started, I was terrible and not congruent at all. You could call me a wanna be. The problem this is that at some point in time, everyone was a wanna be. Unless you were naturally gifted you had to practice a skill to become good at it. So am I getting into the punk rock look to get laid? Partially. That is part of my objective: to get to know and lay gothic girls because I am curious. At some point in my style I realized that it I have become unconciously competent (unconciously incompetent–\> conciously incompetent–\> Conciously competent–\> unconciously competent) in my style and that girls will comment on my necklace, ring or shirt when I am out on a normal day and not even thinking about picking up. So I feel cooler in this sense. Sometimes you need to play different parts in order to discover other parts of yourself. Given your experience in life, you may be comfortable and set with who you are already. If that is the case, I think that’s great that you are able to do that and still get what you want out of life.

Regarding the overall idea of role playing. We role play all the time. People become professional at the office. We role play at custome parties. Women role play. The mother, the bitch, the virgin, the jealous girlfriend, the saving grace, the girl next door, the temptress. There are detailed studies that show women starting to wear shorter and skimpier clothes closer to her peak in the cycle. Animals role play in play fighting so that when the time comes for the predator to attack, they will know how to respond. There are hundreds of biological studies on role playing in other species. My point is, there is a big different trying to fake and deceive someone versus trying out a different mindframe in order to learn or see life in a different perception in life.

Regarding men “being themselves”. That’s a great theory. That’s probably the biggest misconception of all time. A “nice guy” is like a fat girl who keeps saying ,“But I am really smart!”. The fact is, if “being yourself” isn’t getting you laid, then at some point, if you goal is to fuck (or reproduce, or to survive and pass on your genes), you have to stop being yourself. Let’s admit it. There are plenty of nerdy, nice, handsome but clumsy guys who “be themselves” and wouldn’t know what to do with a woman’s body if she threw herself at him. I have seen guys who are the biggest nerds turn into respectable, attractive guys. I have also seen nerdy guys who try too hard and people can tell. I believe in being true to your values, but learning to develop the “self” in order to achieve what you want in life. So in this sense, I don’t think it is wierd at all.

Regarding role playing in women: it is pretty interesting we bring up romance novels, because that’s probably role playing at its best: fulfilling a fantasy, pulling and tugging at one’s expectations and emotions. Think about all the famous seductive women in the past (or present). All of them are multi-dimensional characters who shifted between roles. Helen of Troy. Cleopatra, Madona, Marilyn Monroe, Jackie Kennedy, Princess Di, Angelina Jolie. Think about the women in fictional romance novels. They all have a dark and light side at least, don’t they? Tess from Tess of the D’ubervilles: one of the most interesting fictional characters of all time, no? Raped as a virgin and kills for love, only to face an inevitable end (no spoilers here)? Estella from Great expectations, cold and calculating, but hurt and resentful later on when Pip returns? Dunya from Crime and Punishment: (one of the most influential pieces of literature in old Russia) a whore, and yet also a loving and compassionate woman.

So I urge you guys to explore and play out other possibilities in life. There’s always something new to learn. There is a big difference between deception and adaptation. Deception fires back at you when revealed, adaptation evolves. Regarding adaptation, respect and commitment to learn about a part of life/society to share physical intimacy with different types of women, I make no apologies.
