Use the ICM ratios as a guide for your mixes. Treat [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) as -eNone. I have not used cops. They send a signal that you have just had unprotected sex and not showered. Their best use would be social proof and a bit of female competition/jealousy. They could destroy an LTR already in place.

My thinking with P75 has evolved quite a bit. This is a necessity. More testing should bring new data. Old ideas must yield to new thinking. I like the potent 5-10 mcg dose without socials. Alone with one woman, I would merely back it down rather than buffer it. I accept that I am becoming more Alpha by being unapologetically male. It will alienate some women…who are not my type anyway.
