Personal educated _guess_: TAL is a metabolite (or conjugated metabolite) of estradiol. Michael Harris kinda hinted at this many years ago. He also hinted at guys using like 2-3 drops A314 and a tiny bit of TAL (I like 2.5 mcg). Jasmin suggested this as well.
