He to me they have some one ready to hire in place but they want to make sure he is trained right in the way we do things. I noticed this entire time he is looking right at me he doesn’t look at my manager or the DM, but me. He keep telling us what he wants to do with this new person, but it seems that the focus is on me training him. I think it is nice that a VP can go from not paying attention to me to completely focusing entire conversation with me while ignoring everyone else. ---

She said that I’m qualified enough to have here job so we are both “co managers” she said if i noticed her doing anything stupid tell her. I was basically commanding my boss around today I told her to do something and there was no question if she would do it or not. She followed me around all day today which was kind of odd because one would think that there would be other things she would want to do. The one thing I like is now an older lady is in my department and here come some none tests. ---

You know you are on track for it 🙂 To be honest Steve they did offer me a promotion, but what they wanted to pay me for the promotion and the increase in responsibility did not equal out. After taxes I would be making 20 dollars more a week, and it does not make up for my responsibility being doubled. The A314 is really working the long term effects are better than the short term effects by far. ---

When my boss left I was doing his job and not getting credit for it, which is fine I’m more of a behind the scene guy any ways. The only way to move forward in the company I work for is to move and the wife and I are happy right now. If I was single I would take the opportunity with out thinking about it. I understand that opportunities may not always be there but the VP has mention many times before about me going to out to visit the corporate and if i would mind spending a week out there. ---

12-21-11 cont Well I must say it is annoying to have a new boss, especially while wearing A314. I keep getting asked " what do you think" about 1000 times during the day. My bosses boss said" your lucky to have such a strong back up, he would have been the manager, but he was smart enough to say no." I did not notice a big difference in adding [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) and P83 to the mix, I did notice that I was more social than I usually am but that is about it. I agree with the notion that money doesn’t make you happy but the fulfillment of your job does. I’m happy for the first time in a long time at my job I get paid well for what I do and people come to me when they need things, it is a win win situation. I’m trying to create a “latching mix” to supplement the A314 fallout I have heard about If any one has any suggestion for a mix I will test it out. ---

They were 18-28-hb 7-9 they kept looking back at me and every time they did the would smile really big at me. My wife and I moved tables due to the attention I was getting and the ceremony proceeded like normal. We went to the reception and the same girls from the weeding asked if they could sit at our table. My wife said sorry these seats are taken, but there are plenty of seats over there. The girls went to the next table and they kept whispering and smiling at me through the night. My wife mentioned how skanky they were dressed, but they were not dressed in revealing clothing so I think she was mad that they were flirting with me. ---

The [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) really seems to add icing on the cake to this mix. I would think I could go as high as 40mcgs of P83, but it would be for more of a date, club atmosphere since I half about 3/4 bottle left of it. As for the hits I received today, P came up behind me and touch my lower back and then grabbed my butt, I said dang at least by me a drink first. I wanted to find out when lunch was coming and I did not even ask the girl I was talking to and she said" I will go find out for you just give me a minute. H kept bending over in front of me today, she kept sticking her butt out and letting it all hang out and she also rubbed up against me a few times today. I thought it was odd she pulled her pants down in front of me to tuck her shirt in and you could basically see what she had on underneath and she kept talking to me like it was nothing. I had a hb 8-9 20-25 checking me out today, it was to bad I couldn’t reciprocate the same, it was just to busy in the store I was working at. Well that was a hell of a Christmas eve, ---

12-25-11 Quantity: 2 drops of Ultra [A314](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic/) to neck 2 sprays of IH X2 to neck Cologne cover: n/a Environment: family events Self Effects: Range: 6-12 feet I forgot how much fun Ultra A314 was if I could wear this stuff everyday I would. I went up to my relatives and it was like I was the center of attention everyone wanted to sit with me, and the people who ignored me would not stop talking to me today. I had effortless conversations they would basically carry the conversation for me if I would have asked them. There was one person who A314 shut up today. There is a girl there who thinks she is better than everyone else and she wouldn’t even talk to me on a normal occasion. Well i sat beside her today and she wouldn’t shut up, she kept talking and talking and I said, if you want a tampon call your husband because everyone is tried of you complaining. There was silence in the room for a few second and she got up and left. When she left it was like a black cloud lifting. I really like the command “Ultra” gives me it is not a harsh signal that says" I’m the Alpha now listen to me" but more of a “very persuasive get the job done so I don’t have to ask you to do it” I love how effortless the conversations were, I still cannot find a product that gives me respect and social hits like this one does. I also noticed that the smell is smoother than A314, John or Steve could this be explained? Does the refining process effect the smell? In short Ultra A314 is the best product I have ever tried ---

I’ve noticed that its smoother too. Since I am not privy to to formulary I wouldn’t actually know. I would suspect that when you refine something it refines the entire process including the scent of the mones 😉. Speculation though! ---
