There seems to be some controversy regarding the smell of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Some people love the smell. I find myself sniffing the application points at time, and be sure to always spray some into my face. Several people think is smells like onions or some other overpowering scent. Let’s find out the forums consensus on Instant Shine. ---

I love the citrus scent of IShine. Depending on number of spray(s), I think it ranges from subtle (1-2 sprays) to almost cologne level (3 sprays). I sometimes prefer it over [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). To me, Ammo’s scent is little too strong when first applied. Maybe first 30 minutes or so and its good after that. ---

I like how IShine smells, it’s not as good as AMMO IMHO but it’s also nothing I’m complaining about. I think it smells alright and I have no issues with it. 🙂 ---

Never have it made up for me with anything other than Chocolatini or Cookie Dessert as the scent package, so I love it, and the incredible diffusion of Chocolatini beats neroli into a cocked hat. I LOATHE the neroli. \>\_\< Ail 🙂 ---

when i spray IShine im like the pied piper 😃 people want in on it. i went through almost a whole bottle in one night in a club. Ammo is still on my pillow though :o ---

I’ll post this again since Toilofday, so rudely created another thread with the same post and I replied there. Then he goes and deletes that one. Damn you Toil 😛 OK what does [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) remind me of: This is sappy as hell! Whenever it rained in the rainforest’s, not a heavy downpour, but more like a soft gentle misty type of rain. Quick and yet at the same time nourishing. It brings out the scents of the wild flowers, not heavy earthy tones, but light, sweet aromas. The flowers themselves would be misty and shine with the mist that would soon evaporate with the bright sun. The sweet happy smell of Instant Shine. ---

I used [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) for the first time last night and it does smell a little rough at first but settles well..I actually kept sniffn my wrist’s. BlackSwan ---
